Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pasay

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

Our family had a great stay! Robert was very accommodating and kept in touch with regular updates, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—close to recreational areas, making it easy to get out and explore. The room was exactly as seen in the photos, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having access to a free pool was a fantastic bonus. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay and will surely go back.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). Will definitely return! Ms. Antonneth’s place is clean, cozy, and comfy :) The interior of the space is nice with visually appealing accents and furniture. Spotless even in the CR. Basic items such as toiletries are provided as well as appliances used for cooking and heating food. The host was helpful and responsive. Instructions was clear, walang hassle sa pagcheck in and check out. Luxurious ang lobby ng condo, para kang nasa hotel. Location is great, near MOA, lots of restaurants nearby and things to do. We availed swimming passes pero hindi na namin ginamit and chose to watch Netflix na lang the whole duration of our stay na super naenjoy naman namin ng partner ko. 😊 Overall, it was a pleasant experience to be at Ms. Antonneth’s. She's a wonderful host, responsive and would make sure that the guests get their needs. Thank you for providing us a home away from home!

The place was ideal for what we needed to do around Mall of Asia, its a short walk distance away. Andre was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, had nice and clean linens, internet was fast. Will recommend and be back ourselves next time.

My collegaues had a wonderful stay at Kathleene’s condo! The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay from a cozy bed to a fully equipped kitchen. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and transportation. Kathleene was a gracious host very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

I hope they keep their rates affordable, because this is easily the best we've booked within this price range in terms of aesthetics, amenities, cleanliness, comms, and overall experience. You can feel every detail was well thought of and executed by the owner/s. View: Larger corner unit with an uninterrupted view of the Mall of Asia complex. Shell Residences: Superb location, friendly staff, efficient elevators, garbage disposal and pest control. I say this because not all SMDC properties are well-maintained.

I had a great stay at Ryan’s place! The unit is very comfortable and well-kept — perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the best things is its location — just a short walk to Mall of Asia, which made everything so convenient, from shopping and dining to getting around. Ryan was also responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near MOA!

We had a lovely stay at Ms. Michelle’s place. We loved the easy check in and she’s also very responsive. She immediately provided a solution to a minor issue we had.

I visit my daughter several times a year in Manila and am always careful about the place we stay in. She loves swimming so my first choice is always a location with a pool. This is right next to the pool, the deep water side but still very nice and convenient to the kids side of the pool. This time I chose shore because they have a great pool. And Anne’s place being on the same floor as the pool is super convenient. She also recommended lots of nice places to visit and try. The bunk bed was sturdy and very convenient for us. Highly recommend.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially Ms. Marian, the host, who helped us with our requests. it was a short yet an amazing unit to stay at, The place is great and the host is responsive. overall a great experience we'll definitely comeback.but there is always a but the parking (pay parking) is quite expensive. hopefully there is a free parking nearby.
