Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Pasig City

This place is very nice and luxurious. The entire stay felt very comfortable and my girlfriend and I loved eating meals out on the balcony. I particularly enjoyed the bathrooms with working hot water and fancy sinks. The bed was very cushy as well as supportive and I got a great night sleep every time I slept there. I also enjoyed the nice big TV in the living room. The location was also great. We were able to get grabs right outside the lobby and there were a number of stores within walking distance. The community is gated, so we felt like we had a lot of privacy and safety. My only complaints would be that we never quite got streaming services on the projector to work, which was a main selling point to me. The stove tops were also a little finicky, so we mostly avoided cooking. That being said, there were lots of other cooking appliances that worked well, so it's something that can be worked around if desired. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely repeat.

We had a wonderful stay at the Trip & stay unit. Location is just excellent. The room very cozy. Definitely will book again on our next visit.

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

The unit was spotless, n i really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing toiletries. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The property also offers great amenities like the gym and pool. What stood out to me the most was the host's communication style-- always polite, respectful, and professional. Highly recommended!

10/10, would definitely go back. Great place, even better view of the Grand Venice Canal. Stores are walking distance. Amazing pool and gym. There is also a sauna. 👌👌

The host was very responsive and easy to deal with, great place to stay if you are looking for something that is walkable to many restaurants. The building is connected to uptown mall so you don’t have to walk outside if it’s raining. We enjoy our stay and definitely go back again. Thank you Aeryka!!

We would definitely book this place again if the need arises. The place was clean when we arrived and felt very homey. I even asked if the unit was available for long-term rent. The entire residence was a great place to stay, with a good community and excellent facilities and amenities. It truly felt like home, and we felt secure throughout our stay. William was also very responsive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better.

No wonder they are Superhosts! Gil and the team were great. Location opposite beautiful parks, safe to walk day and night. Easy short walk to Greenbelt. Lots of restaurants nearby.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s also well-suited for families, with enough space to make everyone feel at home. There was a small hiccup with the sleeping arrangements, but the owner promptly took care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

My husband and I were very impressed of the unit. Immediately, we felt right at home with great amenities. So, without hesitation, we promptly decided to extend our reservation. and we appreciate the generous discount given to us. Our month long stay was very comfortable, we had abundant supply of what we needed, from beddings, toiletries and most of all we enjoyed the Nespresso machine with Starbucks coffee. Great location! Just a walk away from Greenbelt and Legazpi Sunday market. A number of decent restaurants around. Peaceful on the weekends. Very easy self-check in. One parking slot that’s very near to the elevator, easy to carry your baggages up to the unit. The beds were quite nice. The host was quite gracious and allowed us a late check out. For a three-bedroom unit, it was great value for price. Would very much book again.

Nice place and very aesthetic and I’m happy we’re 8 pax accomodated. I hope there’s more blankets or comforters for a total 8 pax and there’s a lock sa door ng CR or change the current door to a more safer or easy way of opening and closing and more sturdy chairs sa living room.
