The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quiet escape. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay hassle-free. The ambiance was peaceful and ideal for relaxing. Location was convenient yet still felt private. Would definitely book again for another quick getaway.

We are a family of 5, and the space makes it homey. All the amenities mentioned are in the unit. I also loved the location because it is near Greenbelt and Ayala Avenue where we enjoyed our Sunday walk. It also has BDO and 7 eleven beside which makes it very convenient for us. I loved the place! Thank you, Charlotte and Wayne for a very accommodating and responsive welcome for our family. What a nice start of my vacation after years of working overseas. ❤️

Staying at Chum’s was very easy and we felt right at home. She’s a very responsive host and catered to all of our needs. The place is just as described, you can cook, use the spa and other facilities. It’s very accessible and close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again when we come back to Makati.

Honestly one of the best BNBs I’ve stayed at. The experience felt like I stayed in a hotel with the quality of everything that was provided by the hosts for their guests (comfiest bed, enough towels and toiletries, free coffee, functional appliances, sleek furniture, fast wifi, etc etc). 10/10 would recommend.

Dhine's place was divine. One of the best views of any Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The studio is on the 53rd floor and from the balcony you can see an absolutely breath-taking view of Manila. The studio was clean and comfortable. And the swimming pool was also amazing. Dhine is an amazing host. She's very responsive and a very considerate person. I had a great time being her guest and would book this studio again when I visit Manila. Recommended to anyone visiting Manila.

Remi’s place was absolutely perfect for me and my son. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from complete kitchenware and cutlery to dishwashing and handwashing soap, towels, and toiletries. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary noodles and tea, as well as the helpful and responsive staff, which truly reflected the host’s care and consideration for guests and travelers. The homey atmosphere combined with its convenience and efficiency made our stay especially comfortable, particularly when traveling with children. We also took advantage of the airport transport service, which made our departure hassle-free. I highly recommend Remi’s place and thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was incredibly convenient—just a short distance from SLEC, the US Embassy, and Robinsons Mall, which made everything so easy and accessible. The place itself was spotless and beautifully decorated—very clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing. It felt like a home away from home. The co-host was amazing! Miss Maylene was extremely nice, very responsive, and quick to address any requests or minor issues we had. Everything was handled smoothly and promptly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

Fantastic host! Communication was fast and clear throughout the stay. When the water heater wasn’t working, they were very understanding and quickly offered a refund without any hassle. Truly appreciated their professionalism — highly recommended!

It was listed as 5* by other airbnb guests and after my stay I was similarly impressed. The apartment was wonderful and spacious to live in and the surrounding area of Uptown has so many great restaurants,shops and bars that there is always something to do. Although I feel that adding a safe would be a useful addition for extra peace of mind. Micheal was always responsive and friendly as a host and all communications came in a timely and manner. it was easy to chat to him. I would be happy to stay there again and recommend others to do the same.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb for 4 nights. Everything at the unit was as per the photos in the listing, and the view of the golf course was beautiful. Will consider staying here again for my next visits for work.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the kids have toys, books and even towels. The host was incredibly friendly and very accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. If I could stay here longer, I definitely would, it's that inviting. Highly recommended!

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Andrew and his cohosts were very responsive to all request/ questions I had. We loved his place, probably my favorite place we stayed at in the Philippines (we stayed at 4 places). It’s very spacious for our group (4 adults, 2 children). Walkable to many restaurants and malls. We walked to a new coffee shops every morning. And so easy to take grab every day. Center of many places which was one of the main reason I booked it. The only thing I would note would probably to update the leather couch in the living room as it’s not fully intact anymore and pokes at our thighs when sitting down. Maybe better to have an L style couch to utilize the space and provide more seating. Also would be nice to have a TV in the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here and the pool areas were also very beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh, fragrant scent of the bedsheets and towels. I also loved that Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video were all available and premium, which made relaxing even better. Overall, it was definitely worth it. Would stay here again!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson!
