Chic Guest Suite Across From Park

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in a mid-century modern bungalow overlooking a large park in Regina. The suite is located on the main floor of the house, there is one step down in to the suite. The accommodation features: A 350 square foot private suite with its own bathroom and discreet entrance. A very comfortable queen size bed. A leather chesterfield which folds out for a second, very comfortable queen size bed. The suite's private bathroom (compact but very cute) has a shower, sink and loo, lots of plush towels, toiletries, hairdryer. The "kitchenette" area is located next to the suite's garden doors overlooking the rear deck. It features a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Ideal for light snacks. (not suitable for actual cooking). Dishes and cutlery, cork screws, bottle openers, etc are provided. The suite is stocked with a selection of teas, fresh ground coffee and bottled water. Suite has a brick fireplace (with electric fireplace insert). Chest of drawers and open closet for organizing clothes. Full-length mirror. WiFi Internet. Flatpanel HDTV. Quality towels & bed linens, extra blankets and pillows are provided. Iron and ironing board For longer stays we can make arrangements for laundry. We are located across from Kinsmen Park South and are next to the Storm Channel Walkway system, so there are lots of options if you wish to go out for a stroll. Groceries can be obtained from our local family-run grocery, 'Lakeview Fine Foods' (we love them) which is across the park on Hill Avenue. Good Life Fitness (Golden Mile Shopping Ctr) and Evolution Fitness ( Pasqua and Lakeview) are both conveniently located a few blocks away, a quick easy walk or short drive. Beautiful Four Bedroom Lakefront Cottage Echo Lake

Have fun with the whole family at this lakefront cabin and enjoy everything the lake has to offer. Spectacular sunsets, close to town and the golf course, while also being tucked away on a very quiet dead end street. Enjoy the hot tub, beautiful kitchen and massive wrap around deck. The cottage sleeps 14. Room 1 is on the main floor has a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and Bedroom 4 is the bunk room with 4 queen beds. We really enjoyed our stay at Yetunde’s place! It was easy to find, with clear check-in instructions. The house was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of parks nearby, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants just a short drive away. Yetunde was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay, and she was flexible when we needed a little extra time after check-out to gather our things. She’s a great host, and we highly recommend her place. We’ll definitely be back!

The cottage is beautifully maintained, with a stunning deck that faces the lake — truly the highlight of the entire property. It comfortably accommodates at least 4 adults and 3 children. The fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils made our stay even more convenient. The interior strikes a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. Every corner of the space offers tranquility — whether it’s the indoor seating area with lake views, the peaceful deck, or the easily accessible dock. The dock itself feels like a sanctuary of peace. It's a secluded and serene escape in this charming town. While we didn’t try fishing or boating, there is a boat ramp, and we saw neighbors catching fish right from the dock — a great perk for those with the gear and skills.
