1 bedroom with air conditioning, large covered and closed garage, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, wi-fi and workstation. Capacity for up to 4 people, located on Rua Araranguá, on the corner of Beira Mar, facing the beach, 450 meters from the Mampituba river that borders Torres. In the bedroom a double bed, in the living room an overhead bed and a sofa bed that can be transformed into two single beds or another double bed. We have trousseau for rent or you can bring your own.

Two comfortable armchairs are positioned side by side in a well-lit corner. A plaid curtain partially covers a window, allowing natural light to filter in. The wooden door adds warmth to the space, complementing the rustic decor.

The house is less than 80 meters from the beach, and 8 km from downtown Torres (all paved). The house is located in Balneário Ribeiro, with a market, bakery, and pharmacy just a few meters away. A special place to rest with the convenience of a comfortable and well located house. The master bedroom has air conditioning.
