The days we spent at Fabio and his wife Ada's house were extraordinary. They have received us with a particular attention to regional products manufactured by themselves, which I consider a delicacy that is not possible to value, but from the human quality of the hosts, which exceeds any expectation. Then the accommodation, where good taste is combined with comfort and trust, deserves a deep thank you for placing in us, the occasional guests, your enjoyment and responsible care. Highly recommended for those who wish to relax in the Treia countryside, in a cozy and rewarding environment.

Relaxing panoramic villa

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

Fabulous experience!! We were for my daughter's study reasons but it was a fabulous stay: attentive and accurate and caring host.The house with three airs is very airy modern and clean apartment, equipped and essential kitchen as a whole.Flexibility of check-in and out by the host.For fairness, I report some steps to get to the apartment only for those like me who may have mobility problems. Beautiful view of the Marche hills and tranquility ! Well-served area a few minutes away by car. Overall we recommend the experience and the host !! As soon as possible we can come back !!!

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!
