We built this place with one thing in mind: creating somewhere you can truly relax. Villa Ganchev is a small, cozy wooden house, located in a 4.5-acre property, entirely at your disposal - many trees are planted in it, creating a unique feeling of closeness to nature. The villa has a single interior space of 30 sq.m, which has a living room, a dining and cooking area, as well as a small bathroom on level 1 and a cozy bedroom with an incredible view on level 2.

We are located in the Predela area 15 km from Bansko, it has 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 sofa beds on the first, a total capacity of 10 people and 2 baby cribs. The house has a sauna and a 5-person Jacuzzi. A large yard and outdoor barbecue are available. Fully equipped kitchen - coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and toaster and dishwasher. The pool is seasonal and operates from July to mid-September.
