Kınık is 3 km, Kalkan is 10 km, Kaş is 30 km, Fethiye is 60 km, Antalya is 195 km away by car. It is 10 minutes to the center of Kalkan. Supermarket and other needs are 1.2 km away. Parking, barbecue and generator are available; there is no phone reception problem. It is on the main road. Easy transportation. It is 1.30 from Dalaman and 2.5 from Antalya airport. We are waiting :)

Sage House is a perfect holiday house for both summer & winter as it boasts high speed Internet (40 mbps) making a working holiday possible. Sage House is only a 25 minute walk to the stunning 12km long Patara Beach. This walk takes you through Patara’s large archeological site. Sage House is also located on the historical Lycian Way and has views stretching over the village.

This villa with stone architecture has a sheltered pool of 4mx10m (depth: 1.55m) where you can enjoy the sun in nature, garden seating, barbecue, sauna and jacuzzi in both bedrooms. The villa is very close to touristic places such as Kaputaş Beach, Patara Beach and Saklıkent canyon. It is a 10-minute drive to Kalkan.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
