Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Patchogue

Another wonderful stay! Last year we stayed in the downstairs apartment, and this year we were on the second floor. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well appointed. The yard is beautifully kept and the deck was so relaxing. It's a peaceful location, but 5 minutes away from the mall, Target and grocery stores which is very convenient! We were happy to stay and would gladly return another time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Even nicer in person than the listing! Super clean, host is very responsive, really close to all local businesses you could possibly need. Neighborhood is quiet and private and feels very safe. Our pups loved the fenced patio area! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

These hosts take great care in making sure their guests feel welcome and at home. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax after a couple of busy days. Their communication is top notch. And I cannot finish without mentioning the thoughtful snacks. That was really above and beyond - and very appreciated.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

This stay was truly beyond incredible—it far exceeded all of my expectations! The house was not only stunning and beautifully decorated, but it also had such a warm and inviting feel the moment I walked in. It was spotless, impeccably clean, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. The highlight for me was the serene back deck overlooking the canal—such a peaceful, calming space that made it easy to relax and unwind. I found myself spending hours out there, just soaking in the tranquility. Yoon was an absolute dream to communicate with—always prompt, kind, and so accommodating. Every part of this experience was seamless and full of thoughtful touches. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about the home, the location, and the entire experience. It was perfect in every way! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Our stay at the house was wonderful experience. Our host Michael whom fortunately we met personally is one of the nicest person you’ll encounter in life. The surrounding and the grounds were so beautiful that you will enjoy when you stay at that house. Many thanks to our host and his well managed house. We had a great time in David and Claires beautiful house in Bellport. Such a nice place and perfekt location for daily trips by the coast with stops on the way out to the Hamptons. Or a daytrip to the city, close enough. Nice and quiet location, the house is very cosy and a lot of space for a bigger family or perfect for family reunion. We loved the ping pong table and other activitites as the pool, jacuzzi and the outdoors. If the weather had been better we would have used the facilities outside more for sure. We would love to come back to the house again. David and Claire are excellent hosts, very helpful and quick at responding.

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

Paul is a great host. This is our 2nd time staying at Paul's home and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Clean, beautiful and in a lovely town. Paul is easy to communicate with and was thoughtful throughout the whole stay. We look forward to staying at Paul's home again in the future. One of the best stocked places I've ever stayed. There was no kitchen amenity that wasn't conspicuously provided.

Great and responsive host. Home was lovely and we felt welcome. Host responded quickly to questions and requests. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. I would recommend for a peaceful time away from the city.

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Very nice location, quiet, yet central . House was well stocked and Aaron was prompt with communication. I had to modify my itinerary and Aaron was very accommodating.

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!
