Beachfront holiday rental in Patchs Beach

Thank you, Martin for allowing us to stay at your wonderful beach house at beautiful Brooms head. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Martins house has everything you need or want for your perfect getaway. Clean and tidy, stunning location, ocean views and plenty of room for everyone. We’ll be back.

Belongil is without a doubt one of the very best locations in Byron and Scott and Mark are great hosts. From the property you can hear the waves and the birds, it’s so peaceful and comfortable. Walk into central Byron, along the beach, in less than ten minutes. Scott’s property is excellent value for money, super comfortable and clean, and is dog friendly with a secure yard. Perfect!

Christine & Andy were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and were very welcoming ☺️ We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family and will likely come back ourselves 💕

Kathy was a wonderful and kind host. We requested early check in and Kathy responded promptly and was able to offer us this which we were very grateful for! The accomodation was beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and felt very homey. There was plenty of cookware, utensils, towels and blankets. There were heaters in each room which kept the rooms warm at night. Overall, very happy with our stay. It was affordable and a great location, only a short walk to the shops, food and the beach! Had a great short stay in South Kingscliff with our dog. Beautiful spot for relaxing and walking along the beach. Studio apartment nicely appointed and comfy bed. Debbie was also a great host.

Great place to stay in close proximity to the beach. Bedding configuration allowed each adult to have their own space (we were travelling single adults with a toddler).

We loved our stay at Beaumont’s beach house. Perfect for our family, a few steps from the beach, amazing views & sounds from the waves. Easy walk into town. The house was spacious & had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon

My partner son and I had a wonderful stay at Lesley’s place - such a treat to go to sleep to the sound of the waves - beautiful Cabarita beach a few hundred metres walk away - Lesley’s place was spotless and comfortable and had everything we needed . Lesley was very responsive with communication and a great host. Thanks Lesley your place is a real gem .

It is a beautiful unit well maintained and provisioned with everything needed. The furnishings, table and kitchenware were all-in first-class condition. To top it all off the beach and ocean view are stunning.

My friends and I had such a lovely stay. All of the beds were so comfortable and there was lots of space. The plunge pool was decadent and being so close to the main pool was fantastic too. Everything was easy and the hosts were super helpful and lovely. Would definitely come and stay again.

Tricia was a good host. She was helpful with checking us into the apartment and showing us around. It was an easy experience and the apartment was ideal for what we needed it for.

Margy and Graham are exceptional hosts — responsive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The space itself is much larger and more open than it appeared in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It's just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to head out barefoot for a relaxing stroll along the shore. Treehouse, located only 200 metres away, is a great spot to enjoy live music and pizza on a Friday evening. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a laid-back coastal getaway.

Great spot to stay while you're in Byron. We much preferred being a few mins drive away from the town centre, the spot is 1km from the beach and super close to some great shops (cafe/bakery). Place was super tidy and had everything we needed. Nice and tucked away at the front of the property. Elizabeth and Richard were super accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great home - great location - great sunrises! We were a little concerned about the privacy of the home being right next to the public beach access but those concerns quickly disappeared - the home is plenty private with full window shades in every room should you need them. We rarely used them however as the ocean views are spectacular from almost every room of the house. There is also great surfing a few minutes away depending on the conditions and the surf shop in town has quality rentals and anything else you could need. Thank you for having us, Maree - we would love to visit again!

We spent some beautiful days at the Tallow Beach Houses, appreciate the fast and direct communication, nice and calm location, with great amenities and plenty of toys for our two year old to play with. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

We absolutely loved our 5 days at On the Rocks Yamba. The open plan suited us perfectly. Both outdoor decks had great views of the ocean, and comfortable. We watched the whales going past. Kitchen was great - everything we needed. Beds very comfortable and with quality linen. We were 4 couples on an annual catch up and we thoroughly enjoyed the property and the area. Outstanding fridge space, well appointed with everything we needed. Private access to the beach was excellent as was the full outside bathroom on the bottom level (a surprise). The parking for 2 vehicles in the garage exceeded expectations. We thought we would have 2 vehicles parked on the street, but all 4 easily fitted in the garage - 2 that we used each day easily accessible and the other 2 parked out of the way. Maybe that won’t always be the case and if so - street parking would have been fine. Overall comments from our friends who joined us “ fantastic location and well appointed unit”.

We had a short, but great stay. The unit was well equipped and spacious. The location was perfect. Will definitely return for longer next time.

An ideal spot for an extended family getaway right next to the beach. Spacious and well furnished house in close proximity to shops, cafes etc. Will definitely consider staying again. The beach towels provided were appreciated and a nice touch.

We had a most wonderful stay at Sandrift 2. The location and outlook is unparalleled and the unit itself was absolutely perfect in every way. The place was pristine upon arrival and every little detail has been thought of -lot make for the most comfortable and relaxing stay. This was our first visit to Yamba and Sanddrift and it definitely won’t be our last. Thank you again Oceanstays for a magical few days.
