Holiday rentals with a patio in Paterson

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

Excellent host, Gonza is very responsive and gives clear instructions. The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos. Very clean and had everything you needed and more! Even though it’s a bit of an effort to get to NYC I still prefer this over staying in a small expensive hotel room in the city, if you like peace and quiet then you will enjoy staying here! The neighbourhood is also quiet and I felt safe which was the main highlight.

I had a quiet time, the place was really clean, I have nothing to complain about. It’s a 10/10.

I absolutely loved this place! It was beautiful both inside and out, with such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The area itself is stunning, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly—truly went above and beyond to meet all my needs. This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

Nicole’s place was just as beautiful as pictured. My friends really enjoyed staying there and found it very welcoming. The house was conveniently located near multiple places we visited during our stay. The check-in process was seamless and the details provided were clear and helpful. I’ll definitely keep Nicole’s space in mind for future trips!

Wow, what a delightful stay! Where to begin...from the gorgeous landscaping and patio, gurgling brook right along the property, to the pristine house and freshest smelling linens and towels, we had an absolutely marvelous time!! We had a great time at Luz’s place. She was very responsive and proactive. The place itself is perfect for a couple and the views/lake access are the biggest perk. Very close to many great restaurants (all within a 7 min drive) and not far from other great places if you don’t mind driving a bit further. It was the perfect place for a long weekend and we hope to be back soon!

Genia's Airbnb was great. A nice small spot near to NY. Easily accessible for public transportation, place was clean, small and intimate. I felt safe and would highly recommend anyone to stay here

Staying here was perfect for us as a family with two very young kids. There is plenty of space and a beautiful garden and patio area. We were able to park the car in a dedicated space which brought us straight onto main street. We had a gorgeous coffee shop on our doorstep where we got our tasty breakfast treats, and there are so many lovely spots to eat just a stones throw away. Highly recommend the Piermont Creamery for ice cream! We were there every afternoon! We stayed in Piermont before and it’s such a peaceful and friendly town. Mekdem was so responsive with all our questions and again herself and Skip were such lovely hosts. The house had everything we needed which was great just open the door and make ourselves at home. Highly recommend!

Rich & Kim were very responsive and place was exactly as described. I always travel with my family and we love to have our reliable transportation (own car). If only the location allowed for reliable or allocated parking, definitely it would all check out 120/100 but of course, i would still recommend this place.

We enjoyed our short stay in Piermont. We did a few walks into town to enjoy a few shops and restaurants and lovely view of the new Tappan Zee Bridge. Carolyn was a responsive host and the accommodations were nice, comfortable and clean!

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Highly recommend. It’s just outside the city for quiet privacy and space, but super fast to get to the city. We took the path train and another day the ferry. Way better than staying in a tiny, expensive hotel.

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

We were so lucky to have such a perfect apartment while visiting New York. My elderly parents and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Extremely relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access and just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants, transport. Will definitely be back.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

The location is amazing. There is a subway station within walking distance that makes getting around the city very easy. The neighborhood is safe and the locals were friendly. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as a laundrymat if needed. We had a small leak during our stay and Annie had someone there to repair the leak as well as extra towels before we made it home for the evening. Highly recommend for a family to stay here!

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.
