The stay justifies it's name, it's cozy, calm and very peaceful. Great host - awesome hospitality, clear communication and always helpful. all the amenities matches the description. The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Darren’s place was exactly as advertised — pristine, quiet, and very, very private. The locality is just a stone’s throw away from the airport, so it was very convenient for us to shuttle between our stay and the airport. The caretaker, Mr. Girish, was also a very polite and responsive personnel who availed us with whatever we needed and whenever we needed. Overall, I had a great experience staying at Darren’s place. I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio apartment villa in Benaulim, South Goa. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach, which made mornings and sunsets truly magical. We had a wonderful time staying here as a family. The place is quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. My elderly parents felt truly at home. The calm surroundings were perfect for them. Our stay at Casa Nauka was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Leena is a truly wonderful host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The 1BHK house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy. I especially liked the forest view from the terrace and lovely sunrise in the morning along with breezy atmosphere during nights.. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. It truly felt like staying with family. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!

The stay was comfortable and the whole family enjoyed it a lot. The property is in a old society but the flat itself was setup perfectly with the right furnitures and having all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The biggest plus to the property is the proximity to Colva beach and the wonderful restaurants in the area. My children also enjoyed the swimming pool. Sapana was a wonderful host and she was helpful and answered all my queries promptly. She ensured that our stay was comfortable. Thank you Sapana for all the arrangements, I will definitely be promoting this property to my family and friends for their future Goa trip.

Our interactions were with the co-host Rianna. She was extremely proactive, friendly and responsive with our requests. She was instrumental to us being able to have home cooked meals at the Airbnb. Thanks to her, we also had an absolutely amazing Thursday at a local music festival, which we'd have missed if not for her. Definitely would love to stay here again when I'm back in Goa

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The villa design was elegant and the amenities were top-notch.

The property was in a very good area and had all amenities. The host was very good and we always had someone to help us out with different things. The cleanliness was on point and there was sufficient storage area as well.

Chose the place based on the photos seen on the site, and also as it checked most of the boxes for us. I must say that the 3 nights and days spent here by 6 of us and our pet lab were worth every penny and memorable. Sanjay is a wonderful host who was always forthcoming and proactive in communication with us. Hillary the house manager and Angelica the maid were both very aware and responsive to our requirements. The house is very tastefully done and everything worked perfectly. Cleanliness was spot on and all linen/utensils etc were as good as new. The thoughtful gesture of having a lot of wonderful eats/drinks available for consumption was indeed a highlight that speaks volumes about the warmth and care from Sanjay's side. Overall I will highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a large family unit with pet in the quiet south Goa region. Totally worth it!

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. Stayed for a week here and it was beautiful and very comfortable, it's right next to the beach. There were a few nice restaurants around and a doable market too. My host ritu saved the day with recommendations, can't thank her enough.

One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!
