Everything is great! I can only agree with the other reviews. We visited our daughter while she was studying. The location and proximity to the beach are ideal.

Beautiful beach-side house with great views across the Gulf of Corinth. The ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with big comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are also generous size, each with a balcony. The fittings furniture and interior are very classy and made for a luxurious stay. The location is great - we stayed in May and it was very quiet in the area. The beach is right on your doorstep and it's a pleasant area to walk around. It's good to have a car if you want to get to the centre of Patras, although there is a train station maybe 3-400m away. The host was communicative and helpful. We arrived at night and it took us a little while to find the house. Note that it's the last house on the left as you drive towards the sea. The GPS pin is not quite in the right place. All in all I highly recommend this place.

Very good apartment with impeccable service

Konstantinos was excellent, his answers were quick and he served us immediately in everything we needed. The house is very clean, spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood, with comfortable parking and a supermarket for the necessities right next door. Also, for the summer months, there are several beaches quite close. We had a great time and will visit again at the first opportunity!

Our stay was very good. The apartment was exactly as the photos, as described. The place is spotless and with all the comforts. Excellent, very friendly and very kind host. Highly recommend!

I felt very comfortable The room was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The roof terrace is really awesome, with great views in all directions. Thanks to the awnings on two sides, you can always sit in the shade if you want. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bus stops and train station are all nearby. I can only recommend it:)

We went to Patras for a month (in May) to work at the university, and Maria's appartment was perfect. Very comfortable, quiet, with a lovely prívate patio, good internet, and very conveniently located for us (5 minutes by bus to the university). To go into downtown Patras the bus ride takes about 1/2 hour. There are many buses running in both directions. It is important to know that the avenue where you find buses, grocery stores and places to eat is some 700 m from the house if you take a direct road, and a bit more if you wiggle, but it is a nice walk and good excercise (specially returning uphill!) The beach is about 2 km but even without a car it is possible to walk to it, and there is a public cafe/restaurant. María is a very kind and generous host, and she responds to the messages almost immediately. If there are any language differences she uses an automatic translation to communicate, so that is not a problem. We definitely recommend this place, and we hope to return some day

Georgia's house was lovely, centrally located, very convenient and very clean. Everything was brand new and our stay was great! In everything we asked for, Georgia was very helpful and friendly. Definitely a very worthy place to stay if you want something in the city center!

The stay was great! Clean house and Aristea was really responsive! Great area ,close to the city centre! My dog Foulis really enjoyed the stay!

Alexandra was a fabulous host we arrived and found freshly baked cheese pie in the oven freshly baked peach cobbler in the fridge bottle wine as well as other homemade goodies including jellies and jams the place was very clean clean with many amenities fully stocked kitchen and beautiful views would definitely recommend

This place between the sea and the mountain was great for one night. Maksim had prepared the hot tub and had set us a small table with a flower it was very thoughtful.

A spotless, comfortable, and welcoming space with a kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances. Beautiful living room with a corner couch, warm and beautiful decor and lighting. The hot tub is part of the bedroom, giving the feeling of a “master bedroom” and making it a unique choice for couples on short-term stays.

Apartment with elevator on the top floor in the center of Patras. There is still a small dwelling above on the roof terrace. Splendid panoramic view and very large terrace. Patras is a lively city day and night and therefore noisy. Very comfortable beds, dishwasher and washing machine.

Very nice and clean space. The price is impeccable compared to what it provides!
