With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. Rose Cottage, Patrick Road, St John's, IM4 3BP

Rose Cottage has been a holiday let since 2007. It is close to the historic village of St John's, rural countryside, Ballacraine corner on the TT course and the city of Peel and it's beach . The cottage has original features, a south facing aspect and has a very cosy feel. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring the island. The Douglas to Peel Heritage Footpath/Cycleway is close by.

The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House is set in its own extensive grounds with uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside. The setting is peaceful and secluded, providing the perfect getaway but still just a short car journey from Peel and St Johns. The property has a very social open plan area that includes the kitchen, lounge and dining area; perfect for entertaining.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
