I found everything wonderful, clean ,organized was much better than I expected ,if I could give much more than 5 stars if there was this option . I definitely recommend it. I will go other times , I felt at home super at ease. Carol is extremely friendly and helpful to all the times I need to answer questions. I was really very happy with my reservation that I made Paty de Alferes at Carol's place. Gratitude for everything !

Luciana was a very friendly host and responded quickly to messages. The apartment was according to the photos of the listing. Some improvements have been suggested as hides in the bedrooms and change the pillows that were too thin. The location 10 minutes to Parque dos Dinos and 8 minutes to the center. Overall it was good.

Dulcineia was always attentive to my messages. She was super receptive and welcoming even though I arrived late. The place is new, clean, pleasant. It has all kitchen items if you want to cook. The reality exceeded expectations. the location is very good. I will certainly return. thank you very much very much

Our accommodation in Miguel Pereira We had an amazing experience in the house we rented! From the moment we arrived, we realized that the property is exactly as in the photos, and even more elegant in person! 🏡✨ The neighborhood is not so beautiful, but the house inside is something surreal, everything clean, tidy, everything perfect, the house has everything guests need and they even surprised us with some lovely treats. Our stay was a real success and our whole family loved it! ❤️ We would like to especially thank Roberta, who was always attentive and gave us all the necessary support during our stay. Her hospitality made all the difference! 🙏 The city is beautiful, clean and the people are extremely polite. From the house to the center, it's only about 10 minutes, which made our tours much easier. We took the opportunity to discover great restaurants and had an unforgettable adventure on the Mountain Sled! 🚠🍽️ We will definitely stay at this wonderful house again! Gratitude

Wonderful accommodation, small and simple, but it suited us perfectly, there were 4 of us and the extra mattresses served us very well. The condominium is magnificent, with many plants and birds. Very close to the center, Rua Coberta, Rua Torto and Maria Fumaça. Parking and swimming pool included. Rafael was very helpful and kind, giving local tips and answering our questions quickly. I recommend the accommodation and we will return soon, when new attractions in Miguel Pereira are ready.

Excellent weekend stay. The apartment is great and has plenty of natural light. The building is very close to the city center, which allows you to leave your car in the garage and enjoy everything on foot. Our host, Marcelo, welcomed us with open arms. Sensational!!

The only thing I didn't like was the location

The stay was perfect! The apartment was as advertised, extremely clean and organized. New utensils and furniture, all decorated with very good taste. The host Michelle was very polite and attentive, welcomed us very well, provided options for places to visit and recommended excellent restaurants and tours. We will certainly return to Miguel Pereira more often and this accommodation will be our first choice to stay again. I highly recommend it!

I stayed two nights with my daughter and my husband. The couple is extremely kind and attentive, responding quickly and giving us tips on what to do around. The apartment is organized and fragrant, the condominium is quiet and safe. The details of the apartment show how careful they are to receive guests. Wi-Fi works well and there are utensils and appliances available. I loved the reception and recommend the accommodation for those who want to meet Miguel and Paty in peace. We visited several tourist attractions on foot.

Great accommodation, everything clean, organized. We bought breakfast items at a nearby grocery store. The place had an electric pan, coffee maker, sandwich maker and minibar. Impeccable shower. Inside the condominium itself there were some restaurant options. Close to shopping with a variety of stores. We will definitely return. The host, Gabriel, also made us feel very comfortable.

The house is very beautiful and it was extremely clean. Impeccable kitchen with plenty of utensils, including for barbecue. Bathrooms with good size and everything working perfectly. We'll definitely be back.

We'll be in accordance with the listing. The condominium's restaurant (Thursday to Sunday) is the accommodation's differential, good food, great value. We only missed the washing machine, but nothing that compromised our stay. We thank Mr. José for the stay.

My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!
