Lovely place. Daniela is a great host. Me and my family had a perfect weekend. We felt like we were in our own home. The apartment has everything that you need for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thanks Daniela for taking care of us. First I want to congratulate Joel for the service and courtesy in fulfilling my requests and for treating us as if we were long date friends! Very polite and courteous. About the stay, undoubtedly, a very pleasant place, well located, organized, clean, with all the necessary items to prepare meals for large and super cozy family. We didn't lack of anything, there was everything working and in perfect condition. The condominium employees are helpful and attentive. We had good communication, the environment is very familiar and you can walk to the water park. My family loved it, we didn't want to leave. For sure, this will be one of our favorite locations.

The house itself is spectacular. It doesn't make you want to leave there ever. All organized, all the necessary utensils available, bedding, towels, everything! Clean pool, all too nice. The location is great too, the street is super calm but soon there is an avenue that goes to various markets, shops and pharmacies. Luciana and Cristina were super solicited and pleasant to talk about. So everything was perfect. We love it too much!

We went for work. We had a great stay. It met all our needs. Thanks to the host who was very helpful and flexible with us!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great, very comfortable and well cared for. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was impeccable, perfect for relaxing. Just a little detail: some items in the kitchen were not exactly as in the pictures, but nothing that hindered our experience. I chatted directly with Diego so that some minor adjustments are made to improve the guest experience. We definitely intend to go back again!

It's the typical simple but super cozy beach house, with everything in perfect working order! We've rented the house several times and we've always been super well received! We're already counting the days to return.

The place of Micheline is simply spectacular! For me, which lives in the rush of the big city, it was a refuge. The site is in an area of forest, well isolated, but at the same time, close to the city. Ideal for those who want to have contact with nature, but do not want to spend hours traveling (for those who live in Recife, Olinda, Paulista and nearby municipalities). It is 6km of clay road. Depending on the season, the path may contain holes, some with a puddle of water, but nothing that prevents low vehicles from passing through. After all, the site is in a rural area. It couldn't be any different. The living area is so pleasant that I only used the bedroom to sleep. There are three pools, two for adults and one small for children. The cleaning of the rooms, bathrooms and living areas were impeccable and the lady who takes care of the house is super attentive (Ninha). Super attentive Micheline host and responds to messages promptly. Everything for me was very nice and I want to make a turn! It's well worth it!

Very attentive Rodolfo, helped us with local information and recommendations, the house is mass, quiet and safe, great to slow down and enjoy the family. Besides being petfriendly, we love and already want to go back.

the condominium is very nice, it looks like a villain. The house is super well located, close to the swimming pool. The house deserves some adjustments: The air-conditioned room is very hot, I missed a blender and small items, but nothing to compromise the stay. It was two very pleasant!!

The apartment is small and works well for two people. It can be hot in the summer, but it has air-conditioning and a fan available. The hospitality and kindness of the condominium concierge are essential to understanding the ground rules and how to find your way around the condominium. It is in the center of the city of Paulista, which is great for those who are in the city for work.

and space is incredible, a lot of peace and contact with nature, it is a time to relax and enjoy the environment. the house is very large and comfortable. I want to come back more often, just access that is kind of complicated but nothing that gets in the way.

The place is great for being with family, lots of nature and tranquility. I was greeted by the housekeeper, extremely polite, kind, and helpful. The house was very clean and had utensils in the kitchen like dishes, pots and silverware that were very helpful in our stay. We enjoyed the fruits of the time and were amazed by the nature. During the night, we ate around the fire pit and had good conversations. It was remarkable to realize that Sérgio takes care of the place thoughtfully.

Leonardo and Tuana were very partners at all times! We were offered to help us with the fair and gave us complete freedom to enjoy their corner with great tranquility. The house is great, very beautiful and comfortable! The Pool, a spectacle. I recommend staying!

New, comfortable and well-maintained house. All bedrooms have suites, and the air-conditioning works perfectly. The house was clean and organized, offering Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix and YouTube. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet atmosphere, with a table in front of the pool ideal for family moments. Parking in front of the house. Mr. Felipe has always been available , attentive and helpful. The stay was great. The house is exactly like the photos, large, clean and beautiful. The swimming pool and the garden are a delight! Flaviany is an excellent host, always responding quickly, kind, communicative and flexible. We spent great days in the house. We hope to return soon.

The place is very quiet, this was the 2nd time renting the same space, a sign that we were well received and so we returned. The house was super clean, quiet neighborhood and Iara as always very receptive and always responded quickly.

The only thing was that the announcement said that it had a washing machine, and there was no washing machine in the house. Showers didn't heat up either. Other than that, we had a great stay!
