Decor with art pieces, with gas heated Jacuzzi, deck, equipped kitchen, barbecue, wifi and 40"smart tv. There are two double bedrooms, a toilet, holds well 4 people. Asphalt access, 5 minutes from the beach by car, close to bars, markets and restaurants and 6 km from the center of Garopaba. It has 24-hour monitoring and alarm.
