Welcome to our gorgeous country home nestled in rolling, forested hills. Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

The garden and the large private car park are located a stone's throw from the ramparts and the famous market. You can access the property via a private road and relax in complete tranquility, while having immediate access to the medieval city. You will thus be able to enjoy Sarlat without the inconvenience of traffic and noise.

La propriété entièrement biologique est implantée au milieu de 54 hectares, elle est composée de bois, prairies, truffière, noyeraie et verger.  Envie de vous évader au calme tout en profitant des curiosités touristiques incontournables, la chartreuse est louée dans son intégralité pour 14 personnes.

This peaceful, air-conditioned accommodation offers a relaxing stay. A large living room/kitchen to fully enjoy the place, fully equipped, a furnished terrace, a private garden with access to the heated swimming pool and to share. Upstairs two bedrooms with quality bedding, one of which is modular according to demand with on the same level the bathroom and separate toilet. Très joli studio 3* (classé par Etoiles de France en janvier 2021), au calme à la campagne avec un jardin d’1,5 hectare. Parfait pour un séjour nature dans le Périgord Noir, entre Lascaux et Sarlat. Idéal 2 adultes, spa thérapeutique privé ouvert à l'année, extérieur, non couvert, terrasse. La chambre se situant à l'étage, le logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
