Jeff the host was incredibly welcoming. The beach house had breathtaking bay views as the address indicates, and it was perfect for our needs. This time of year (just before official summer) it is perfect for beach combing, and what’s not to like about the North Shore.

Patricia was an excellent host. When we let her know about a minor plumbing issue, she immediately got in touch with a plumber and kept us updated on arrival times. She checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. She was also responsive when I asked about a parking question and sent clear instructions. Beautiful location and views. My 5 year old son loved the house, playing on the enclosed porch, and walking down to the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at David's place. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The space was clean and comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. We were looking for something peaceful, and this place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, and the views of the sound from the sitting area and back patio were great. It was a short drive (a few miles) into Ipswich, which provided us with enough to do to see the area. Great overall visit.
