It always starts with yourself. I wanted for myself... a place to escape, to experience silence, to hear nature, to restore my strength and to be with my family. Everything is made by the hands of simple people, a little here and there in other Italian courtyards, but from the heart... for themselves. And yet, for others as well. So, little by little, the dream has become a reality, a little hut on the river bank for myself and for others. We are happy to say that the hut has become much more accessible and cozy for others as well.

Sarnate recreation house Silvas - with a pond like the sea.

"Silvas" is a rest from everyday life by the Sārnate sea. It's always warm and sheltered here, everything you need for a carefree rest and exciting fishing in the big pond. In the evenings, wine tastes good on the deck, stars fall at night, and the sauna warms up as needed. The sea is less than 3 km away along the old Sarnate alley. In good time, if you are lucky, you could arrange with a local fisherman to go on a real salmon fishing trip. Those who want to simply swim without crowds and noise go to Sārnate, IG @ silvassarnate

Note. Our family comes here to sleep, to unplug and to recharge our emotional batteries. This property could really be called - 'Time-slips-away-here country house' because of the peace, the quiet and the simplicity of mind you get after staying there. This once completely run down country house has been renovated by a Swedish real estate genius adding some peculiar touches to the overall feel. All in all this is a great place - our guests report having slept for hours and unplug completely.

Barn 1902 @ Mikjāņu sēta

Mikjāņu Sēta is located on the shore of the Baltic Sea, within the territory of the Pāpe Nature Park and the historic Pāpe Ķoņu village. The barn was built in 1902 – a year still inscribed on one of its beams. In 2024, we completely dismantled it, brought it to our farm from the nearby village of Rucava, and restored it with respect for its history, using only natural materials and a thatched roof. Two-story building accommodates up to 6+1 guests. Suitable for spring, summer, and early fall.

Padure manor

Padure Manor is an authentic 19th-century manor house, built in 1838 by Scottish merchant John L. Balfour, in the Empire style. This is not a renovated hotel, but a carefully preserved historic home with original rooms and atmosphere. Surrounded by a 2-hectare historic park, the manor offers privacy, silence, and a timeless experience. In winter, candlelit evenings create a serene and deeply relaxing retreat, perfect for guests who value history, authenticity, and quality time together.

Two-storey guest house, located in an ecologically clean area, near the lake, 15 minutes by car from the center of Kuldiga city. Green Tiny house is a detached mini cottage available for max 2 guests. It has common room combined with a kitchen area. The shower is located in the next remoted small building, distance to it 3 m. The total space area 12.4 m2. The property is located near the Baltic Sea coast away from big cities, in the village called Klampju ciems. The closest city is Liepaja (18 km) and a village Nīca with basic grocery stores (5 km).

Nabas Residence

Nabas rezidence is located on in the place of old Nabas Manor, between old manor garden and pond, with a view to 2 lakes and direct, private waterfront access. The forests around the house are full of berries and mushrooms and has a beautiful hiking grounds. In the house we had combined our love to art and nature and created a beautiful and stylish place to fully relax in the deep peace of wild nature.
