Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Payette Lake

We will be back to Cara’s place 👍. She’s done a lovely job decorating but still clutter free. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. As noted, there is no AC but we were comfortable with the breeze through the beautiful windows and the temps were pretty mild during our summer stay. We spent most of our time out adventuring but it was a very relaxing and comfortable air bnb to come back to :). Even though there isn’t water access (as Cara did a great job confirming), the view is still so nice from the living room/balcony.

This was the second time that we stayed at this rental and we really enjoyed our stay for 4 days of skiing. We found the property well maintained and had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. The hot tub was great! We also loved the ski-in, ski-out option.

We always like McCall. Mike and Stella's place is close to town and close to Ponderosa. We felt welcome. The beds were nice. We're a family of four, and sitting together at night was a bit odd, as there are two big (very comfy!!) chairs to sit on in the living area. No room to add seats for the other two members of our family. We made it work by sharing the big seats, but this could be something to be aware of. There is not really a kitchen, but you can make yourself a cup of coffee or heat something up in the microwave. There is a fridge. Stella and Mike had left plenty treats for breakfast, which was nice! If it was just the two of us, I'd like to stay here again. We liked the area as usual, we went cross country skiing at Bear Basin, show shoeing near Gold Fork Hotsprings, went sledding in Ponderosa. In short: we loved it!

This is a very comfortable and roomy location. The cleanliness was impressive. The appliances are high grade. The location is relatively close to town and very close to the state park. There is a community pool and clubhouse is a short walk from the house. McCall is a great destination and this is a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Karla’s! The apartment was clean and the bed was sooo comfy! We loved having access to the club house and used it to go in the hot tub + steam room! The only bummer is that the pickleball courts were closed since they hadn’t removed the snow yet. Something to keep in mind is that the apartment is a little far from downtown (~25 minute walk) and McCall doesn’t have great access to uber/taxi. Not a huge issue if you don’t mind a bit of a walk but could be an issue when it’s very cold out or nighttime. Overall, lovely stay and would absolutely come back!!

I stayed at this Airbnb in McCall for 2 days and had a great experience. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful, making sure everything was good during the stay. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quick escape to McCall.

We were very happy with this place. The apartment was comfortable and the location was great. My wife had a few specific comments - we appreciated that the linens and towels were fragrance free, thank you. But she found a few small spots the cleaners missed. The live band playing at the cafe next door was a bit annoying, it would have been good to know about that in advance. The host was very responsive, and allowed us to check in early. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Staying at Cindy’s place was the BEST! We have been to McCall 5-6 times over the last 4 years, but Cindy’s has been the best so far. You can tell that she takes pride in her place! One thing I loved: labeled everything. All light switches, etc had labels, which was nice. Made it so easy. She has bikes that your family can use and helmets, which is a nice touch. We brought our own, but still, so nice! She’s right now the road from the yummy coffee shop, so that’s fun! It’s a little bike ride to the beach, but a much longer walk. (We knew this, so why we brought our bikes) there is a heated bathroom floor. Epic. She has pots and pans galore! Large fridge! Amazing stove! We were able to use their prime video, not sure if it was intentional but it was awesome! The jacuzzi was awesome as well. I loved that there was 2 bathrooms and laundry area. One weird thing: the roof creaks or something at night (at least over the master). Didn’t bother us much. This place was the BEST!

We had an amazing time in McCall at this house! It quickly felt like home and had beautiful walking paths right off the back porch that we took full advantage of. It was very close to town and just a beautiful, tucked away spot. Galaly was very quick to check in on us and make sure everything was perfect. The house was super clean and cosy! This place had literally everything we needed and then some. We played the games in the living room for hours and really had a special time. I would book again in a minute!

Amazing spot & so accommodating! Walking distance to everything & so comfy. I recommend this home 10/10, good for friend groups or family settings. Loved this home.

I've stayed at many different places in the McCall/Donnelly area and what I appreciated the most about this cabin is that it had great air conditioning and the furniture was not old and uncomfortable. A lot of times people put their old things in their cabins when they upgrade but it didn't feel like that at all. The beds were so comfortable! It was furnished beautifully and the view from the living room is absolutely stunning! James is very proactive with communication and we had all the information we needed and knew any communication would be responded to quickly. Highly recommend!

The vacation rental was very spacious and clean. It had a very large kitchen that was well stocked with everything that you would need to accommodate a large family. We loved the high ceilings and the modern look. Multiple bathrooms were wonderful when dealing with a large family everybody had their own space . We made use of games that were provided during our stay. The house location was very convenient for activities in town and going to restaurants. Also, it’s a short drive to get into the mountains and local lake activities. I would recommend this vacation property to anyone that is wanting to visit the area.

Beautiful peaceful and private inspite of close neighbors! Close to town but feels secluded, which we loved! Easy check in and check out with common sense clean up that was minimal! Love the cabin feel, great getaway stay!

We had a lovely weekend away for a wedding in the most beautiful of settings and the home was the perfect combination of upscale retreat and comfortable living with my adult children. The instructions were clear and the communication was perfect, and it was nice to have a simple and easy experience.

The residence and location couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo was clean, spacious yet so cozy and inviting. It was a very easy walk dontown for dinner, shopping and hanging by the lake. It was very well equipped with so many amenities and necessities and the owners were very responsive. We were nervous renting a condo vs a house like we usually do — but the condo was very quiet and private and we’ll be making it our go-to place when we visit our kids in the future. .

Our family of four had a wonderful time staying here. Truly a perfect location walkable to all of downtown. Nice to be able to walk to breakfast at Foglifter cafe! Susan was a wonderful host and extremely communicative. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This place was perfect for our quick family getaway for winter carnival. You just can't beat the location and views. Kathy was a great host, very responsive. We will be back!

everything is as described. a nice little condo right on the water. nothing crazy or special. clean place, great instructions, easy process. beautiful private area on the lake. quiet and peaceful. was exactly what we were looking for.

This was our 3rd stay at Carey's place, and we really enjoyed it. Only praise to share ... zero complaints! Location is perfect for our needs, condo is clean, complex is quiet and price is fair.
