We live in the neighborhood and will be happy to share with you our best addresses and walking tips:) The apartment is ideally located, you can visit Nantes on foot very easily (welcome booklet with visit advice, restaurants and services available in the accommodation). The accommodation has a private garage, closed box type, with wide access (240cm). You will be able to park your vehicle in peace and leave things inside if necessary. Apartment: - Living room with balcony, TV, sofa, 2 deck chairs. WiFi (fiber optic internet), Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, board games, phone chargers. - Kitchen: refrigerator-freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, sodastream, dishwasher (pellets provided), washing machine (laundry provided). Tableware and utensils, cutlery and children's glasses. Tea, infusions, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments and welcome nespresso capsules provided. dishwashing kit, vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit Outdoor games box (ping pong and baby football) 2 beautiful bedrooms: - Room "Decorative Arts": 160 bed with ergonomic mattress, pillows and dust mite duvet, bedside, large wardrobe, double glazing, electric shutters. - Room "Jungle": 2 beds of 90, beddings, dresser, toys and books, double glazing, electric shutters. - Shower room: corner shower, basin, hair dryer, towel dryer. - Separate toilet, with built-in reducer for children. - Iron, ironing board, stretcher provided. The apartment is non-smoking, it is nevertheless possible to smoke on the balcony. Linens are provided: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Beds are made upon arrival. We draw your attention to the fact that this accommodation is located in a very lively area, it is possible to hear the noise of the street despite the double glazing. Moreover, since the building is a relatively old building, its soundproofing is not perfect either. Baby kit option: 45€ for the stay. Do not clutter up with your childcare equipment and get suitable equipment for your baby: - For walking: a Mc Larren stroller in aluminum, tiltable in the lying position. Rain hood. (The stroller can be rented only 20€ for the stay) - To sleep: an umbrella bed, mattresses, mattress covers, covered sheets, 2 clean turbulets. - To eat: a rotating Chicco 360° baby seat, bibs - To relax: games and books for baby - For hygiene: a bathtub /changing table, sponge covers The entire apartment is accessible to guests. We live in the neighborhood and we are available to guests for any questions.
