We had a wonderful few days. The house was like in the photo, the view, with a remarkable location. It was a favorite, and it was sad to leave this magical place. David is a nice person. Regarding the equipment, he thought of everything, a fireplace for a small friendly evening, garden lounges with different views. Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

this was our 2nd stay with Sophie, and we enjoyed it just as much this time as the first time Sophie is a very nice and sweet host. the house is beautiful, you have a beautiful view over the meadow where horses stand and chickens walk around and a sweet little dog brings you a visit we will definitely come back 💕

What can I say about Thierry and his place other than it was a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for more. Location was tranquil, Thierry was extremely helpful and friendly, and the way he had meticulously and lovingly renovated the property really showed. We had a great stay and hope to visit again.

A detached house located on a superb property, where the character of the old stones is enhanced by a perfectly maintained estate and a tasteful interior. Everything was ready for our stay to start well, little touches included, and the house is full of thoughtful details. Eric and his family are cordial, hospitable, and discreet. The house is bright and well appointed. We feel at the same time free to travel the surroundings (Bazoches and Mortagne are not far away), and eager to return to enjoy the residence... An address that is already one of our favorites in Le Perche!

We really liked how we were walking distance from wineries to tour and taste! Also walking and biking distance to biking/walking paths in the vineyards just an easy walk with a picnic bottle of wine to sit on benches that are along the path and look across the beautiful vineyards and environ! We ended up utilizing the well equipped kitchen to prepare our meals, enjoy the wonderful garden dining table just outside our door that faces west towards the sunset and the terrain below us! Very private and surrounded by nature on this property while staying in a unique Colombier Tower with a wood burning stove and a bath tub! As Romantic as You Want! Everything was perfect. Jean Pierre's apartment was very nice to live in. Jean Pierre responded quickly to our questions. It was a great stay at Jean Pierre's, I highly recommend it.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

Very nice welcome from Christine who, having been unable to make herself available to welcome us, had prepared the stove: all that was left was to light the match! The accommodation is clean, functional, warm and spacious: perfect for taking a break, whatever the weather. We also took advantage of our stay at Christine's to go to Puy du Fou, located 25 minutes from the accommodation. The exchanges with Christine are warm and jovial, thanks again for everything!

Apartment with a lot of charm. Lots of original or really old fixtures, without any loss of confort. Very well located, perfect spot to walk and discover the city. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful views from the living room. We would certainly stay again if repeating in Rennes!

Laure and Julien were very responsive. Upon entering the accommodation, you can feel the hosts' concern to welcome you. The accommodation is clean and warm. The courtyard view of the room is very pleasant and provides a quiet environment for sleeping. The bedding is of good quality. The kitchenette is functional. Basic food is available, which is very pleasant after a long trip. I highly recommend Laure and Julien's accommodation. I look forward to returning to your accommodation if I have to come back to Angers.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, felt like a true relic. The location was definitely full of young adults, lots of personality, and tons of bars and shopping in walking distance. It could be noisy at night, but we enjoyed the music and could simply close the windows and it was peaceful in the room.

Second stay in the space of a month. Very happy to have stayed there again. There is calm for rest and work while being close to the hyper center. I'll be back. A big point made on the pleasant welcome that was given each time. i highly recommend it

We had a great stay with friends, the house is impeccable and very pretty, perfect for relaxing in a peaceful place. In addition, the house has many amenities, perfect for a large group. The hosts are very responsive and attentive. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

A perfect cottage for a group weekend, with its very pleasant exteriors and all its available amenities (swimming pool, football, table tennis, etc.). The house is spacious and faithful to the description on the listing, nothing is missing. The surrounding calm makes it a real little paradise to enjoy the weekend! Thank you Anne & Jacques.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!
