It has a heating system using a pellet stove and is equipped with kitchenware, linen, kitchen appliances and a washing machine. In addition, welcome products are included in the kitchen and bathroom. Outside you can enjoy a garden with barbecue equipped with furniture. It has good views, it is sunny and bright, ideal to enjoy a beautiful sunset. It is a perfect area to disconnect and enjoy a unique natural environment . It is located 15-20 minutes from the beach, and also has several river pools in its close circle (one of them in the same town), thus being able to enjoy the beach and the mountains at the same time. In addition, in the environment there are several natural resources of tourist interest, various hiking trails and a lush mountain through which to enjoy a pleasant walk surrounded by wonderful views. The house has been restored by the owner using recycled items and woods cut in the forrest. So it has a very artistic touch,and handmade feeling. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. The house was built by the owner using recycled materials and wood cut into her own forest . It does give a very personal artistic touch. The land adjoins the river Verdugo where you can find pools suitable for bathing.
