Family-friendly holiday rentals in Peabody

This condo was perfect for what we needed. Just two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room, so we could relax in between walking adventures. I wish I had come across this back in the fall when my daughter was playing soccer for Northeastern because the soccer field is literally across the street. There is a nice walking trail about a quarter of a mile away. We really liked Coolidge Corners. Easy to get Ubers. The place was perfect and comfortable and easy to get in/out.

We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

We rent a house on PI every year and this house was perfect for us. We could walk to the basin with our SUP’s, easy walk to beach and stores and ice cream! We loved the double outdoor shower option for the kids after a long sandy day at the beach and they supplied all the beach toys, umbrellas and chairs! The rooftop deck was our favorite part we watched the sunset every night. We would rent this house again if the dates line up!

This beach house worked perfectly for our stay!! The access to the beach is easy and the accommodations perfectly welcoming! The co-host could not have been more welcoming and helpful!!

Smaranda was outside when we arrived, she greeted us and since it was around dinner time she offered some recommendations for dinner. It had been quite windy that day so the pool and hot tub had some leaves and debris in them. She was very apologetic (obviously not her fault, we can't control Mother Nature) and was very attentive and worked hard to get both the pool and hot tub ready for us to use. She showed us how everything worked and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We used both the pool and hot tub after we got back to the space after dinner and they were both very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and everything went as planned. Beautiful home in quiet area that's only a 13 minute drive to Salem. It was perfect for my Bachelorette (9 people), we each had our own bed with plenty of room to spread out. Awesome host, very responsive with all of our questions and super nice. Thanks John!!

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Wonderful getaway in the woods, but close to restaurants and shop in Rockport. We loved being greeted by the dogs and the hiking trails right outside the front door are amazing.

Great place. We loved the location and the surroundings. Wally was you receptive and proactive. Everything we needed was available. The instructions and local information was great and even though we had a plan of things to do, it provided us a couple of awesome ideas for our down time. We had a great stay! The space was nice, clean, and very quiet. Parking was convenient, and the location was fantastic— since it was just a short drive the Crane Estate (where we attended a wedding). Communication with the host was great—we received quick and helpful responses. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place in a great area!

We had a fantastic stay at Laurie's place. We loved the extras in the kitchen like half & half and coffee! We had enough towels for our stay. The beds were comfy. Laurie was very responsive to the questions I had. I would recommend this place for sure!!

Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

We love coming here. The beach is right across the street for me to look for rocks and sea glass and then right down the road is the beach for swimming. Perfect little getaway. Rachel is an amazing hostess.

This was our first time at Hampton Beach and we couldn’t ask for a better host or place to stay. If felt like our home away from home. The location was perfect to everything and we didn’t need to use our car. The place was nice, clean and exactly as described and our host was so responsive and helpful! Thank you for making our first experience to the area a great one!!

This was such a a delightful place to stay. The surroundings were so beautiful and calm. We were greeted by turkeys, and a mother and newborn deer crossed our path as we left. The hosts, Susan and Mark, were friendly, attentive and accommodating. I would certainly come back in a heartbeat.

Good place to stay for Hampton Beach. Short walk to the water.
