Holiday rentals with a patio in Peaks Island

Had a wonderful stay here! It was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could need. The bathrooms even had heated floors! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. The main living space is well laid out with a great view. It was perfect for my 14 month old and Jennifer provided a pack and play, high chair, and gate, which was super helpful. And the location was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Portland!

We had a great stay at Susan's place. Keep in mind of the second floor stairs as we had to bring our luggage up the steeper stairs, but wasn't a big issue for us. The place was clean and was great for my mom, daughter and me for a girls trip. We would stay again!

This Airbnb was amazing! It was extremely clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Haley and Diane were wonderful hosts and made sure we had a smooth check-in. The location is perfect because it is so close to downtown Portland and there are so many restaurants and activities to choose from. Furthermore, we had a group of 7 on our trip and we had plenty of space in this airbnb. 5/5 stars. I highly recommend this location!!

Perfect location, right next to Willard Beach. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and all the amenities that you would need. We will definitely be booking again!

Lovely, tastefully decorated, place tucked in the beautiful area of Wells! We could tell from the moment we walked in that there was a thorough clean of the apartment prior to our arrival. Additionally, the attention to detail was amazing, from pamphlets about the area to beach towels to borrow in the bathroom. Though we weren’t in the area for the beach, we found it conveniently located to Ogunquit (specifically for the Ogunquit Playhouse, which was the reason for our little weekend trip). We’d happily choose this AirBnB again for any future visits :)

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

This apartment was perfect for our short girls trip to Portland. It was very clean, the furnishings and decor were perfect, and it was a great central walkable location. The host was very accommodating and even allowed us a later checkout to align with our flight. The host provided thoughtful additions (like ear plugs even though we had no issue with noise) and cozy blankets and bedding. We loved this place and would mostly certainly stay here again for our next trip!

Hands down my favorite Airbnb! Emma and Dave are thoughtful, responsive hosts whose space is a tranquil and restorative. It is beautifully designed with comfortable beds, furniture and perfectly layered lighting. The neighborhood is very quiet and we slept soundly every night. In fact, I feel like we did a little less sightseeing than we normally would have because we just didn’t want to leave! Our daughter loved the cozy sleeping nooks. Every detail was considered. I’ve already recommended this location to a couple of friends who live in Boston and would gladly stay again if we find ourselves back in ME. Loved every minute of our stay! Thanks, Emma and Dave!

This beach house was an absolute dream. Perfectly located just steps from the ocean, with tons of natural light and beautiful design throughout. It felt like a true home away from home - peaceful, airy and well equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Had an absolutely stellar stay in this beautiful home. Perfect for our small family of 3 and super comfortable. Fantastic location as it’s walkable to tom the great restaurants and shops in the immediate area, and about 20 minute nice stroll to downtown Portland. Would highly recommend this place and hope to visit again in the future.

Kelsey was a great host, super responsive and allowed us to check in earlier due travel changes. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed for a ten-day stay and very clean upon arrival. Location is great; central to both small town and urban charm. Would definitely stay again!

Kevin's place worked really well for my two dogs and myself. There is a fenced in back yard. I liked the setup of the primary bedroom with the attached full bath and laundry. Comfortable bed! Very quiet neighborhood and very convenient to access other areas of Portland. I really appreciated the back deck setup. I need to find the comfy chair they have out back for my own home! Clean and usable kitchen. Nice stack of Maine materials and recommendations for local items to check out. Overall, a very pleasant stay, thank you!

Great location and really nice place. It’s very private, everything was as described and was very amenable to us and our two young children. We plan to try and stay again the next time we visit Portland.

Tasha’s place is PERFECT for a weekend trip to Portland, and I could’ve easily been comfy there for a longer stay. Walking distance to so many food and drink spots, shopping, walks along the water. The location is incredible and the home itself is cozy, welcoming, and all around lovely.

Overall great experience, unfortunately the other folks that were supposed to join us weren’t able to, so it was just my girlfriend and I, which was still nice. A little chilly coming in the door, but hearing the place up was easy.

The apartment was just as lovely as it appeared in the photos online, and the sunlight was fantastic. The location was also great, with many terrific restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. I would definitely want to stay at Taryn's place again the next time I'm visiting Portland!

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

Excellent location with great restaurants & shops within walking distance, ample street parking, accommodating and friendly hosts, and a clean, bright space stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend in Portland!

This space was very cute and perfect for my friend and I to stay for the weekend. Very clean and cute decor. The only thing I would say is the window ac does not cool the entire space as much as needed in the hot summer months. Other than this very very small detail the stay was wonderful and Trish was so accommodating and helpful. I would 100% stay here again!!

It was a perfect sunny weekend where we spent most of our weekend on Munjoy hill enjoying the restaurants and shops! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the peace and views at Jeffreys place. We were upset we could not extend our stay and take advantage of the late check out that Maggie offered! Easy in and out of the condo! One of our favorite stays in our favorite part of Portland!
