Janaina was a very good host, very prompt in response when I contacted her. The house was just like her pictures on the listing. She had it stocked with many things to help us enjoy our short stay, coffee pods, and regular coffee. it was a dual coffee maker which was nice. There was shampoo and body wash available to use. Chairs for the beach, Towels and Umbrellas. check in was easy as it has a electronic lock no need for a key, very convenient. The only thing i reached out to her was the door strike plate was loose missing a screw. It did not affect the security of the house because there was 2 locks on door and the dead bolt worked fine. There is a deli 2 doors down, I would just say buyer beware. no prices on breakfast sandwiches or anything I think, and when the only person who worked the deli was also the cashier you might have to wait a bit. Also they don't have a grill and they use a microwave to cook eggs and bacon not the most tasty way to cook. I would stay here again!

I came for a long weekend away with my teenage daughter and loved our stay at the Charming Downtown Beach House! We walked to coffee at South Beach, dinner at Lilos, and shopped the quirky little shops. We chose to drive to the beach which was a quick and easy drive. (Approx 5 mins) The house was very clean and had such cute decor. I appreciated the Tupperware and other kitchen items as well as the beach chairs for our beach picnic. Naomi and her team were very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Tim and Eva‘s house for our week long vacation in Delray Beach. Tim was so accommodating in helping us check in and he was so thorough with walking us through all of the amenities and just in general, a generous host. The house itself was immaculate with a pristine pool and a well stocked kitchen. We ended up making most of our meals for the week saving the restaurants for the weekend and you can tell that they really thought about providing you with all of the things you need if you’d like to cook. Walking distance to the restaurants was great. We ended up walking to the beach to get our steps in and that was also very doable. All in all I would highly recommend staying here. We’re already planning our return trip with our friends so we can take advantage of the beautiful home and the warm hospitality. Thank you, Tim and thank you Eva for providing us your lovely home. We look forward to coming back.

Just finished a stay at Hidi’s place in West Palm Beach and couldn’t be more impressed. The home is brand new, immaculately clean, and very spacious. The kitchen is a dream—equipped with high-end Thermador appliances—and the quality grill on the patio made outdoor cooking a pleasure. The location is perfect: walking distance to CityPlace, great restaurants, and a nearby gym. Check-in was seamless with plenty of parking available. Hidi was an excellent host—responsive and thoughtful throughout the stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area.

First of all, the Host Jennifer was very responsive and made our stay very welcoming. This place was beyond amazing. As you walk in, we felt the warmth and cleanliness of the place. It was spotless, spacious and the most beautiful thing was the fully equipped kitchen. It was exactly as described! We took advantage of utilizing the outside space to celebrate my Auntie 65th birthday with the start of brunch, and throughout the day, we made great memories fill with fun and laughter. My only concern was the glass doors in the bedrooms leading the pool had no blinds. Not very private! Hoping that can be addressed to add a little more privacy. However, I’ll still give it a 5 star! Overall I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for having us! It was wonderful.

This was the perfect home for a girls trip. Quick golf cart ride to the beach and very cheap uber ride to dinner. Lots of places to choose from. We had so much fun!

Great place to stay. Convenient to blue Heron Bridge and dive shop, restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed the amenities with the home and David was very generous with extras in case you forgot something. Washer and dryer were a plus, along with the nice patio and grill. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this South Florida Airbnb! The outdoor entertainment space is truly a standout—beautifully designed with plenty of options for fun and relaxation. Inside, the home is just as impressive: cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. We did experience a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host was incredibly responsive—by far the most proactive and helpful we’ve ever encountered. Their quick solutions made all the difference and allowed us to enjoy our trip without interruption. Whether you’re looking for a unique stay filled with onsite activities or simply need a quiet retreat to recharge, this place is a gem. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Went with my best friend and 5 kids between two of us ages 3-14. House had everything we needed, beach towels, beach toys and supplies, pool toys and kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Kids loved the pool and spent hours in it. We’d definitely come back!

Very good experience! The house was excellent: comfortable, clean and perfect for resting. We really enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect and everything worked smoothly. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to have a tray for the oven, since we wanted to bake something and it was not possible. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for everything and we would definitely come back

Nadine's place is a great location and a perfect 2 bedroom 2 bath condo! Nadine is super responsive with anything you need! Plenty of room to hang out in the TV room and relax after the Beach or walking the avenue and the Asian Bistro right outside her Door has great food too!!

We had an incredible stay at Jennifer’s place! The location was perfect - easy to walk to the beach, food, shops. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very responsive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

This place is beautiful. Cozy, clean, quiet, private, & spacious both indoors and out. Life for me is often fast & in motion, this space is an invitation to pause and Slow down. Great location and clean! The building is older and the hallways have an older smell, but the cute decor gives it a lot of charm. The space is on the smaller side, but it’s cozy and shouldn’t hold you back from enjoying your stay. The staff was wonderful, and the free valet parking is a rare luxury that made everything even more convenient. The pool was awesome and we walked to the beach no problem! Would definitely recommend!

Our flight was late coming in so we did not have time to grab things from the grocery store. It was nice to find coffee and tea available as well as bathroom essentials. The place was very clean and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I just finished our week at this Airbnb, celebrating my birthday. We have stayed at many many airbnbs throughout South Florida, and this was BY FAR our favorite place. The location is absolutely amazing - so central, and walkable to coffee; groceries, the beach, Dubois park, sunrises, sunsets etc. The condo itself was so clean, well laid out, and well appointed. The sunset views were breath taking , and the condo had labels all over the place so that you knew which remotes belonged to what lights or TVs etc . The condo was very quiet at night which we really appreciated, and the bed was so comfortable. I am very picky on pillows and bedding, and this place was so comfortable. There were SO many extras as well like they provided laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, beach towels, coffee, tea , water etc - they really did go above and beyond for us at every turn. The AC was totally controllable from our unit which is hard to find!! I hope we are back soon!

We loved our three night stay at this beautiful unit in the historic Palm Beach hotel. The corner apartment was pristine, bright and cheerful in a fantastic location just two blocks from the beach and right in the center of excellent restaurants, cafes and across the street from Publix. Pascale was extremely communicative and cheerful. The cord was missing from the charging station and she offered to bring it over the night we arrived. She checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We’ve stayed at another unit here in January and this was far superior. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.
