Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pearl Beach

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

Beachousesix was very well appointed with amazing ocean views. It was clean, quiet & within around a 10 minute walk to restaurants & shops. There was plenty of street parking also. I would love to stay here again if in Terrigal. Thanks Tim

Great spot in Potts Point... 10 minutes from Kings Cross station so half an hour from the airport. 15 minute walk to NSW art gallery. Great spot. Loved the Grumpy Bakery & Bar opposite, and the room was very comfortable. No complaints at all. Would stay there again.

Lovely hosts and such a lovely spot. It was private and neat and had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches and breakfast foods for us. It was cosy and cute. Thanks for having us Noelene and Peter, its a reasonable price and we would love to stay again soon.

Beautiful location, 2min walk to the Avalon shopping area, which has everything you would need great restaurants. Only 5min walk to Avalon Beach which also has an ocean pool. There are some great lookouts and hiking tracks nearby too. There was on-site parking for 1 car and plenty of easy street parking if you have a second car. The airbnb is located on the 2nd floor of Jan's house, with a private stairs entrance (would not be accessible for a wheelchair user). The airbnb had all the amenities you would need including a full kitchen and there was a washer and dryer which was handy! The airbnb was relatively clean, some areas could have a more thorough clean though. Good communication. Thank you Jan

My trip was magical! Wendy was beyond my wildest imagination. The view is like a movie and the birds that visit each morning remind me of a Disney movie. Stop looking for a home away from home. You found it!! ❤️

An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

We stayed for just one night and it was exactly what we needed. The place was clean, cozy, and the view was unreal — we spent hours just relaxing and soaking it all in. Super smooth check-in, great host, and a peaceful vibe all around. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend for an stress-free escape with friends.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

Enjoyed a restful and relaxing girls weekend nestled amongst the local bird life and beautiful ocean. Could hear the crashing waves as falling asleep. Thank you Angela for the incredibly comfortable home, having everything we needed to cook, relax and feel right at home.

Sandy is a great host, made everything very easy for us to use, ping pong table and arcade machine was fun, fire place in the backyard made for a chilled space.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. A breathtaking escape in Pearl Beach Carla’s place is simply stunning – nestled between lush forest and tranquil waters, it’s the ultimate nature-meets-design retreat. The Masterchef-style kitchen is a dream, and the architecture blends beautifully with the surroundings. While Pearl Beach itself isn’t pet-friendly, nearby Umina Beach is perfect for long walks with your furry friend. We loved the peaceful vibe, the stylish interiors, and the easy access to nature. We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Di’s place was everything I was looking for during my 5 night stay. It was nice that it came pre-stocked with some basics (coffee pods, tea bags and instant oatmeal) if you arrived without groceries (like me). It also comes with any necessary cleaning supplies for longer stays (dish detergent, clothes detergent , bathroom etc.). I felt safe in the building. A key fob is required to enter building and access your specific floor. Motion sensor lighting greets you upon exiting the elevator. Location was perfect, 1.5 blocks from Museum train station (direct trains to airport) and multiple bus lines. Nearby Hyde park was lovely to walk through and the Hyde Park Barracks at the opposite end is a must see museum to learn about the settlement of Sydney. Easy to walk to Chinatown and the Paddy Market (great for souvenirs) as well as the botanical gardens, the Opera House or Darling Harbor and the Maritime Museum. Coles (open until midnight) and an IGA are within 2-3 blocks.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

This is an amazing place!!! Wonderful location. We stayed in Miller’s Point for 2 nights at the beginning of our time in Australia but every member of our family preferred this location (family of 5 with adult children, 21, 20, 18). I really loved the ferry stop next to the Australian National Maritime Museum which is directly across the street from the condo building. Very safe surroundings. Beautiful walk across the bridge to restaurants and gelato. The views from the living area and kitchen are spectacular. Great beds, great shower, great air conditioning, great washer/dryer, great everything. Yes, it is as clean and picturesque as the photos on this site.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.
