This place was great. The owners pay attention to the details and offered many amenities that we don’t see at other Airbnb’s. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Sean's place. The house is so spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large kitchen; it never felt crowded, even with a few of us in there at once. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was with all the pots, pans, plates, and other essentials we needed. Our kids absolutely adored the pool area! It was beautiful and private, and they had so much fun with the basketball hoop. They also loved watching the hummingbirds at the backyard water fountain and the rabbits hopping around in the garden. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting us!

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

Cute house. Would advise driving during daylight tho, the roads are extremely windy and challenging at night. We had a tough time driving up in the dark. The amenities like hot tub were great. House was as described! Easy to use amenities. Would advise bringing a jacket on April.

We were in town for a weekend of trail racing and Valentina's place was perfect. It was less than a mile from our event at Toro Park and on a nice, quiet street. The place was very comfortable and the outdoor area was excellent for recovery and relaxing on Saturday. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for 5 of us. Valentina was very responsive throughout the entire process, I really appreciated her. Great place to stay!

Amazing views and a peaceful location—waking up to the ocean and wildlife was unforgettable. This was our hub for exploring Carmel-by-the-Sea and Big Sur. A short 30-40 minute drive to Big Sur for hikes, and just 10 mins to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea for great dinners. There’s also a handy general store at the bottom of the hill. A couple of notes: This is one of 4 units on the property. While listed as “entire home,” there’s a unit attached at the rear with a door that opens directly into your space through a hallway (for my wife’s peace of mind, we kept our bedroom door locked at night). Another unit is above, and one more is detached in front. That said, everyone keeps to themselves, and interaction is minimal besides maneuvering past their parked cars in the driveway. Also, screenshot the address and key code—cell service drops near the hill and the turnoff into the property is easy to miss in the dark the first time around. Thanks for hosting us, Emily & Mason! We loved it.

We visited this property for several days with my 8 month old son and two dogs. The house was stunning, private and quiet. We loved being able to walk through 17 mile drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time soaking in the spectacular mountain views and embracing nature’s beauty. We loved our unexpected encounters with the local deer family, watching quail cross the streets, and discovering fascinating California native plants. Surprise to find items we need in the pantry and refrigerator, made us feel right at home. The comfortable mattresses and bedding ensured a restful sleep, even with the mysterious sounds of the wild surrounding the house at night. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Our stay was wonderful. Our two girls especially did not want to leave. Everything was so comfortable and clean, we loved the toys and books, and the projector set up. The architecture and remodeling was beautiful. Appreciate the lack of tacky artwork on the walls. Tracie and Dave were such generous hosts. Hope to be back, thank you!

The cottage was extremely cozy and comfortable for our family of 3 (with a 5 y/o kid). 5 minutes away from a gorgeous ocean with a little private lagoon, very friendly and clean neighborhood. It is really a gem! Carolyn was super nice, sending us local recommendations and tips about the place and surrounding areas. Totally looking forward to coming there again and recommending others to check this place out!

We had such a lovely stay here! The home is beautiful, and our kiddos (2 yo and 4 yo) just love it here as well. We had so much fun eating family dinners on the patio outside, and we also loved watching the sunsets (and the fog roll in) on the front deck. We try to come out to Carmel once a year and this is our second time staying at Holly’s home. We look forward to staying here again for our next trip!

Our stay was perfect — the space had everything we needed. Our stay was quiet and cozy. The yard is beautiful and well kept. The path to get to the unit was clean and well-lit. Dany was very responsive & communicative, which we really appreciated. And there was parking! Great stay!

Our family of eight adults had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chi-Ping’s Carmel home. From the moment we walked through the front door, we all had a good feeling about the house. We could tell it was thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained between guests. To welcome us, there were sweet and savory treats in the kitchen! The cotton swabs and shower caps in the bathrooms were a thoughtful touch. It's clear that the hosts have carefully considered every detail to ensure a truly comfortable stay for their guests. The home is a short drive from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey, though it doesn’t seem walkable, as it is located on a dead-end street off Highway 1, which lacks a sidewalk. That said, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful. Chi-Ping was a gracious host, always quick to respond with helpful information to any questions we had. We highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay: the home is clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room for the five of us in the three bedrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the appliances and tools you’d need to cook and enjoy a meal in the kitchen or outside in the backyard. Access to the community and house was easy.

Beautiful property for families and friends alike! The large deck with games and a hot tub let's you really relax and take in the Carmel Valley views. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Carmel Valley!

The home is so beautiful and had everything we needed to cook at home. Very walkable to downtown and in close proximity to Big Sur and Monterey to do little day trips there also. Ben and Julie were great hosts and left my fiancé and I flowers and chocolates on Easter and gave us great recommendations on what to do in the area. All around fantastic house, fantastic people, and a fantastic town to visit.

Perfect spot for a birthday getaway with my family of four. Chris’s home in Pacific Grove is situated ideally for easy access to Carmel, Monterey, and Big Sur. What we also discovered is that PG is a destination in itself—with quality restaurants, a beautiful coastal trail, and unique shops. Chris was a friendly, helpful host-offering us terrific recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. He also was kind enough to let me know we could check in early and check out a bit later, if we needed to. Finally, he was so thoughtful on my birthday, delivering a box of delicious baked goods to me. Chris’s descriptions and photos of his home were accurate; I love the front room’s natural light, the wood floors, the solid wood furniture, and the home’s layout. We didn’t do much cooking, as we wanted to try the restaurants in the area, but it was modern and well-equipped. The beds were very comfy and the shower heads had great water pressure. Top ratings!
