Holiday rentals with a patio in Pecos River

This is our second time in this air bnb. Both times was great, comfortable and if needed owners corresponded with us immediately. So much better than staying in a hotel. We will definitely book again when in Big Spring. In fact, just waiting on date for my granddaughter’s sweet sixteen and then I will book asap. Kudos to Renae and Kaleb

This was an excellent condo to enjoy a weekend of baseball in Ruidoso. Our kids love all the amenities of Innsbrook and I appreciated the clean, updated and relaxing layout of this listing! It was definitely a great choice!

My partner and I definitely enjoyed our stay! The layout and design was miraculous. We fell in love with the bathroom for sure! The amenities were great to have if you’re looking to spend time outside. They responded very quickly if we had an emergency. But overall if we come back to Marfa next time, for sure staying here again.

We really enjoyed this home. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths. We enjoyed the extra amenities, like bottled water, some snacks, coffee and great TV options. It seemed well equipped for your kitchen needs, lots of towels, nice appliances and the rooms were decorated for homey. The beds were very comfortable. It was worth the price for our stay. We will definitely consider this home when we are back in Lubbock.

We had a great stay! Super cool spot if you are staying in Amarillo. Not much to do in town but, only 1 hour from Palo Duro which is gorgeous. Overall no issues with the AirBnB, decorated super cool and a cozy spot.

Exactly what we needed—super quiet, peaceful, and incredibly restful. The home was clean, cozy, and tucked away just enough to feel like a true escape. There’s also a ton to do in the area—hiking, shopping, great local spots to eat. Joel is an amazing host: communicative, welcoming, and clearly cares about the guest experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Place is a great deal. It’s spotless and plenty of room for a short term or long term stay. Hosts were responsive and helpful. You’ll have a hard time finding a cleaner nicer place than this one. We will absolutely look to book with them again the next time we head out this way.

was my first AirBnb experience,I tried this because my husband pays double in hotels,and I was able to cook,but after an unfortunate incident,my fault,aI don't think it's wise for me to use Airbnb in the future

This house was super accommodating for small kiddos and babies. We stayed here with my 8 month old and 3 year old and it was a great weekend. The most accommodating AirBnB I’ve ever been to. They let us use the garage as well which was definitely a plus!

My little group of 3 enjoyed ourselves so much. The house was easy to find and it was a very relaxing place to come home to after a day of adventures.

Cute house in quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from TTU and close to amenities and convenience stores.

Barbara and Tim’s place is a great spot for families — it’s spacious, clean, and has a lovely yard that’s perfect for four-legged friends. Everything in the home was thoughtfully labeled, which made settling in easy. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. That said, some of the house rules, especially around the white towels and pet policies, felt a bit strict. While totally understandable, a few of the reminders (like black light checks and potential charges) made it a little harder to fully relax. Overall, we had a nice stay — just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a more laid-back vibe.

We had an excellent time at the Prickly Pear air b n b. Clint was a very helpful before and during our stay if we had any questions. There was easy access to the property. The pool was lovely and very quickly we felt right at home. It was a perfect place location wise for everything we did. We were visiting from England for a wedding so if there is one thing that would have been good would be a full length mirror! The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed the space as a family. Thank you 😊

Cooking pots were old and rusty, knives were rusty as well so I purchased my own to be able to cook, the dinning table chairs are wobbly probably should be replaced but over all the place was great!

We loved our stay at Desiree's condo. It was perfect for my family of 4 and close to the baseball fields we played at. We will definitely be staying here next time we're in Ruidoso!
