Beachfront holiday rental in Pedasí

Spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located! This apartment in Venao was ideal for a relaxing stay. It had everything we needed, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Just a short walk from the beach, highly recommended!

La casa es amplia, confortable y muy bien equipada, con una vista privilegiada al mar. La comunidad es muy tranquila y segura. Es un lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones de descanso en familia. ¡La mejor playa de Pedasí!

Beautiful, quiet area. Perfect for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts. It is remote. Several restaurants that are convenient and walkable. Natural type beach. Area gives off yoga vibes. A couple of cute shops and a local grocery store. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway to hang out by the beach—look no farther! It is a 5 hour drive from Panama City. Infinity pool is nice. Our unit was well maintained (slight AC problem in one bedrooms that was fixed while we were there for our 4 day trip). Restaurant on site has good food that is fairly priced (compared to US prices).

Very secluded and peaceful. Kitchen is outdoor. No regular stove or oven, but new refrigerator, good BBQ pit, hot plate and small toaster oven. Air conditioner in Yurt worked very well. Agustina was very responsive to our needs.

La casa está excelente: muy bien equipada, todo funciona perfectamente y la limpieza fue impecable. La ubicación también es buena y en general la experiencia dentro de la propiedad fue muy cómoda. Sin embargo, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes al llegar. La casa fue algo difícil de encontrar, ya que todas en el conjunto son muy similares y la señalización es poco clara. Además, los guardias de seguridad en la garita no tenían buena información: nos dijeron que los huéspedes ya habían llegado, lo cual no era cierto, y nos hicieron dar toda la vuelta para entrar por otra puerta, lo que complicó innecesariamente el acceso. En resumen, una estancia muy buena dentro de la casa, pero la llegada podría mejorar bastante con mejor señalización y coordinación del personal de seguridad.

Nuestra estadía en esta casa fue simplemente espectacular. La vista al mar es impresionante, cada amanecer y atardecer parecen sacados de un sueño. La casa es preciosa, con una decoración cuidada y un ambiente acogedor que te hace sentir en un paraíso privado. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente atento y amable, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto para nuestra estancia. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. ¡100% recomendado!

Excelente para pasar tiempo en familia. Super Moderna, Limpia, segura y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles!

We loved our 4 nights in la casita. This house was recommended to me by a friend some time ago and I am so happy I finally visited it. You can tell that the house was thoughtfully designed for the location. The bedroom comes with stunning views on all sides and with the windows open and the mosquito screens closed it feels as if you’re sleeping outside. The pool is perfect and we had it all to ourselves. The whole house was in great condition and we had everything we needed. On top of this, Julie was super proactive and flexible with timings for checking in and out. It’s a nice change on experience compared to staying directly at the beach. We didn’t have a car, but rented an electric bike so the distance was easy to handle. All in all, highly recommended!

It’s an excellent location, very nice apartment and caring, professional service. You pay a lot for the location and scarcity of such properties. The quality of the apartment is an excellent, modern 3-star level with kitchen. You pay a 4-5 star price. It’s a good enough deal for many obviously. Something to think about (not fully under control of the hotel), but rather of the community of business owners in Venao, which El Sitio is one of the proud founders (they’ve done a great job so far!), is the insane amount of road dust because of wide, unpaved roads. Don’t blame construction, it largely moved to other areas of Venao, many areas/streets are completed construction-wise. Put gravel, plant more grass, plants, pave eventually. It’s been 17 years of dust. And in the same Venao there are many paved internal streets. Makes a difference. Countless surf-towns in Costa Rica have managed to maintain rustic nature-first feel, without dust and with selective paving & planting.

Wir waren während der Karneval dort. Die Fahrt zu Pedasi war nah , alles sehr gut zu erreichen, Lokale und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Der eigene Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

This is an amazing place, right at the beach. If you click on this property do not hesitate to book immediately. It is super clean, easy to find, has fast internet, a very responsive host, and is located within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. It feels very safe. Enjoy this home with an outside kitchen and a beach view from the bed. Perfect for a longer stay and working with a view of breaking waves. Will 100pct stay again!

We had a wounderful time. The appartment has an amazing ocean view next to the beach. We felt really being at home. Grace was always there to make our visit unforgetteabel. Thank you so much we will come back .

We had a lovely time in Loft 9 in Pedasi. Upon booking we received very clear instructions of how to get to the property which is within a gated beach community. Everything is furnished nicely and they had everything you could need for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, snorkel masks) and also had a play we used as bed for our baby... Very handy. Once at the property you can cook in the well equipped kitchen or go to Pedasi (10-15 minutes by car) or a nearby hotel (5 minutes by car). There aren't other options walking distance. The loft doesn't have sea view but the beach and the pool in the pictures is just meters away. You can also feel the sea breeze lying in a hammock in the terraces as it lies a little above the other lofts around. There is also BBQ equipment but we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Overall a pleasant stay and we would come back again.

Overall everything was absolutely amazing! Their was a bit of an issue with the water on a few of the days but it was an external problem (I'm assuming the new construction going on next door) and Daniel jumped on every issue quickly to get the problem corrected. Just make sure you have some extra water on had for drinking and other uses. Besides that the house, area, people, town of Pedasi was just absolutely incredible!!! Also the weather app said rain for like 7 days of the trip and was just beautiful every day!Ocean was also spectacular! Definitely coming back next year.
