The space is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids) and pets. Located 4 kilometers from downtown Serra Negra. The entire space is private with access via paved and well-signposted streets. The “7m x 14m” swimming pool is a separate differential. If you are looking for tranquility, peace and security, this is the place.

The house is industrial in style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 km from Campinas. It has Wi-Fi, hot/cold A/C, 55'' Smart TV, balcony, private barbecue and fireplace. We do not accept pets. On the ranch, in shared use with any other guests, there is: an asphalted running track, tennis court, heated swimming pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more.
