Simply perfect! João is a great host and the care for guests is clear everywhere in the apartment! Watching movies on the living room TV is a spectacle in itself. Easy access to the apartment and the region has several restaurants, a market and a pharmacy, well centralized and relatively close to Praça da Liberdade (10min walk). I highly recommend it

The apto is complete, has a gas stove, fridge, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only noise is the noise: during the working days there is noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place maybe this is not the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block of the burger king and the subway, 1 block of selfservice laundry, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria just across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which although small, you can break a branch. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who cleaned up, and the people of the concierge are fine people! It would return again for sure!

The information was clear and the doubts were quickly resolved. The check-in was very smooth, even though I arrived with my family at midnight. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a quiet stay. I didn't miss the air conditioning. The ceiling fans are more than sufficient. The apartment has good lighting. I definitely highly recommend it and if I go back to BH I would stay again. Thank you!

It was great to be there, it felt like I was literally at home. It will certainly be my first choice when I return to Sete Lagoas.

We went to a group of 12 women to participate in a kart championship and our home experience was simply amazing! The property is very well-equipped and everything was properly organized. The house is wonderful, a farm full of activities, which provided us with moments of fun and relaxation. We feel extremely well accommodated throughout our stay. I would like to make a special thanks to Rosimere, who has received us exceptionally. She was very solicitous, helping with all our doubts and always on hand to ensure that our stay was quiet and enjoyable. I recommend it to everyone! We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is impeccable ,, surprising, spacious and well-appointed rooms bringing incredible comfort, complete kitchen with all the necessary utensils available , a full and clean leisure area, outside the highly attentive and understanding hosts with a lot of flexibility in the negotiation! I loved the stay at Carlos' house. The house was extremely clean, has all the kitchen utensils, a calm, quiet and cozy place. barbecue area and swimming pool. Carlos was an excellent host, gave clear instructions and responded to messages with kindness and proactivity. I'll definitely be back more often. I highly recommend it.

Space exactly as in the pictures, very quiet region and Izabella extremely attentive to the problem we had with the water. Voltaria several times and recommend it.

The Studio is excellent, everything is new and tasteful. The social, work and leisure spaces are perfect. Check-in was flexible and the building is very safe and beautiful.

I needed to change the number of guests and, promptly, they provided an extra room to accommodate everyone in comfort. Communication was easy and hospitality made all the difference.
