Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

Strategic location for visiting the Calamita mines, excellent solution for motorcyclists and cyclists. Free municipal motorcycle parking very close 10 m away. The sunset in the evening from the terrace is beautiful. It has no heating. From 10/01 to 10/04/21 there are ordinances that limit traffic and roads closed due to sporting events.

This is a cosy house, just refurbished with all comforts, at south side of the Island, between Capoliveri and sea in Località Peducelli, sorrounded by a 500 meters garden with an beautiful view on the sea. the beach is about 10 minutes walking down the hill from home. It is just the right place to relax far from the cities and the crowded beaches during summer time. Enjoy the sunset from home ! You can bring your pet (check the House Rules first).

This is a gorgeous place with a stunning view, lots of space for a couple and small children (we have an 18 month old). It’s close to lots of lovely beaches but absolutely a drive (like everywhere in Elba!). It has all you need, super quiet location and the terrace is something else. Only watch out is the drive is gnarly to get in and out but we parked a little down the road :)

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean and lovingly furnished, you felt very comfortable right away. Breakfast was also excellent: fresh, varied and above all everything prepared by the host himself! The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and ideal for relaxing. Also worth mentioning is the warm nature of the hosts, who welcomed and looked after us with a lot of kindness, attention and tips for excursions around the island. Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is centrally located in Capoliveri. You can walk right into the heart of the village, with many good restaurants and shops. The apartment on the 1st floor is very nicely furnished and has everything you need for a vacation. Despite the central location, it is nice and quiet and especially on the terrace you can really enjoy the holiday. Katarina is very friendly and helpful, communication is fast and informative. I can only recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful holiday. A stunning view from the terrace to the sea and with great sunset over Monte Capanne. Very quiet and private area with lots of nature and tranquility. You can walk to two beautiful beaches in a few minutes and the apartment is also a good starting point for mountain biking. I'd love to come back :)

Absolute dream apartment for a couple. We were there for a week. The apartment is modernly renovated and there is absolutely everything you need in the apartment. It is just far away from the tourist part, so you hardly notice anything in the apartment itself. From the balcony (also with sun gates) you can have breakfast, have an aperitivo in the evening and look at the sea all day - wonderful! The contact with Elise was very straightforward, helpful and very pleasant. Only: At the end of the small street is a (very nice alternative) bar, which each made music to run almost every evening until about 00:00/00:30 clearly audibly (live). But visitors to the bar were barely heard.
