Very nice place: perfect location with beautiful mountains and nice area, just near the lake. House was clean, everything we need was included like tea, coffee, towels, cleaning staff and so on. We used sauna and swimming pool, children were happy. Highly recommend!

Nice hosts and a beautiful property! The rooms are basic but sufficient. If you love nature, you can relax here very well! Perfect location for hiking to the Blue Eye or the waterfalls.

I had an incredible stay at the villas in Razëm, Albania. Me and my friends loved Zorica's house. It is very cosy, clean and quiet. The house has all the equipment that a person need. The weather wasn't that good and Zorica was very generous and let us sleep 1 night without payment so we can go next day skiing. Also on the first day Magdalena gave us homemade pickles, they were delicious. I highly recommend this place💚.

Perfect apartment in a great location. Very clean and the host welcomed us with arms open. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a nice living room to chill. It was very warm, even though outside temperatures were below zero.

We were allowed to live in the traditional house in Peja for a week. The beautifully decorated living room brings Albanian culture to life. The bedroom offers a relaxing queen-size bed and storage space in the cabinets. The roof top, which is accessible from the bedroom over a wooden staircase, gives a view of the mountain and sleeping on one or two mattresses. The bathroom is lovingly tiled by hand and the small kitchen allows for the basic needs. All rooms are restored with love and give a feel-good mood. The location of the house is ideal for exploring the city - all the sights are within walking distance. The old bazaar is around the corner, so to speak. The host responded to inquiries and requests in a timely and uncomplicated manner.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is really cosy, clean, and well-equipped, we felt right at home. Ivan was really kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

I stayed in the apartment for two days and really enjoyed it. It’s clean, comfortable, and in a great central location — perfect for exploring the area. The beautiful garden was a nice place to relax, and everything in the flat was well taken care of. Lis, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I’d happily come back!

We had a super pleasant stay in the accommodation and in general in Theth. It was all very clean and nicely designed. Ulrike was very friendly and was able to give us tips for hiking and eating.
