Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pelayos de la Presa

Mohri is a very engaged and responsive host. Tatiana was most helpful in letting us in and showing us around the very clean and well equipped apartment. Small living room cum kitchen but adequate for our needs. Spacious bathroom with washing machine. Be careful with the shower head so water does not spill onto the floor. Centrally located! Near the La Latina metro, two grocery stores (Dia and Carrefour Express) and plenty of restaurants. It’s on a busy street but faces the back so no street noise. Plenty of taxis and Ubers. While it is three flights up, there is a small but convenient elevator/lift. Just a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and another five minutes from there to Puerta del Sol. While in the area, stop at Chocolateria San Gines for chocolate and churros! Check Thyssen, Reina Sofia, and Prado museums for their free hours. For those over 65, Reina Sophia is free and Prado offers half price. Enjoy Madrid!

Excellent! Antônio was very kind and attentive, even kept our luggage while we went to Ávila. Well decorated and clean space, he always responded promptly.

It is 750m away from Atoca Train Station and 500m away from the nearest subway station, so transportation is convenient. It is located on the 1st floor, so there is no need to take an elevator, and security is good. Facilities such as washing machines and dryers are well-equipped and clean. The surrounding area is relatively safe even when walking at night.

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and daughter and everyone thought this was the best AirBNB we’ve ever experienced. The place was well stocked with all kinds of supplies and snacks - Carlos and Maria thought of everything. I had a problem with my eye while there and they both helped me to find a local doctor. The location is excellent. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!

We loved our stay in this apartment for our three days in Madrid. Alan was super helpful and met us as we pulled in. He helped us figure out the best way to get there from the airport (Madrid taxis are awesome and easy). Apartment was just what we wanted and needed. Peaceful and relaxing. A great place to come back to after walking around the city all day. The area near Lava Pies was perfect for us. Older part of town and full of life but still chill. Would stay here again on our next trip back to Madrid. So mid to enjoy

The apartment is in a very prime location close to Plaza Mayor and yet very private & quiet when you need rest. Tastefully decorated with all amenities. We loved that we could just walk to all the prime locations such as the Palacio Real. Lots of restaurants for all choices of dining, grocery. Very clean. Agnes was extremely responsive to all our needs. We absolutely will come back again.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is impeccable and has all the necessary amenities. It's a shame that the weather didn't let us enjoy the pool. The hosts have been very kind and very quick to respond. Highly recommended

We were on the floor with our family (two children) and the experience was very good. The place was clean, with towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although we didn't meet the host in person, communication was very easy and we were able to manage everything remotely, including a late check-in without a problem. We did not explore Navas del Rey or the surrounding area as we had other plans, but the flat perfectly complied with what we needed. Thank you!

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Wonderful stay - everything we had hoped for in terms of peace, beautiful surroundings and views, and a very well situated and equipped property. The property was very comfortable and practically every need had been thought about - we would have liked some hanging space for clothes and an iron/ironing board but these were minor inconveniences. We would happily return and loved the place. We went to spend a week as a family with small children and it was amazing. The house is beautiful, with very nice views, very quiet and has everything you need, very well equipped to spend days. Guillermo the owner has been charming and all the time waiting to make our stay pleasant. We felt at home. Would I repeat it? Without a doubt, as soon as I can, I will.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.

Martin was absolutely fantastic! He did an early check in for us and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. He had shared a contact with us who gave us excellent suggestions and proactively did things to make us comfortable, especially with us having the baby. 10/10 and 100% recommended!
