Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

We had a fantastic time at Marion's house! She was amazing! The location is great - gated community between Grand Case and Marigot and not far from Orient Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. View was amazing, pool and patio were nice (we spent a lot of time on the outdoor furniture), all the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped! Marion had some excellent dinner suggestions (even made our reservation for us at one place that was hard to get in) and she has a hook up with one of the beach restaurants at Orient that got us free chairs for the day. It might be worth noting that the house is a part of a 4-5 unit complex with neighbors on each side and a rental unit down below. However, this was not an issue as we rarely heard any of the neighbors and there is plenty of shrubbery and other elements that give adequate privacy. We even had a couples massage on the patio one day! Overall very pleased and highly recommend!!!

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!

We had a great stay at Villa Magnolia! Super clean, beautifully decorated, amazing view, and a perfect pool. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the whole place felt very private. Great location in a quiet, upscale area close to fantastic restaurants and bakeries. The hosts were super responsive too. We'd definitely come back!

An amazing stay for our first time on st Martin. A family of four plus mom stayed there so everyone had their own rooms. Super clean which is always important. However the views were worth a million dollars. Sitting on the patio or in the pool overlooking St Barths was amazing. The home served as our base as we ventured around the island. A perfect spot to bother the French and Dutch side activities. The place was super quiet and secure with a guarded gate. Picking up fish at the market and then grilling on the bbq and enjoying some wine with dinner while watching sunset was epic. We will definitely try and come back and stay again. Dmitri was a fantastic host and super quick with responses and have tons of great suggestions.

Jason’s place was a gem! A very spacious apartment with two bathrooms and enough room for leisurely hanging out as well. There are two pools and beautiful beach access. After traveling throughout the island we agreed this was our favorite beach to swim and snorkel. Jason was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. Would book again.

Appartement met fantastisch uitzicht. Je kijkt rondom uit over St Maarten en de zee. Appartement was zeer compleet ingericht, vaatwasser en wasmachine aanwezig. Ook lagen er nieuwe badlakens klaar. Alles zag er verzorgd uit. Zeker een aanrader!

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

Nous avons adoré la maison et avons passé un séjour fantastique. La villa est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée et que dire de l’extérieur… Ouf! L’espace patio, le mobilier, la piscine sans oublier la vue spectaculaire nous ont comblé! Nous avons adopté le resto L’Oasis et la petite épicerie Bread&Butter à 5 minutes de marche 😉 ainsi que La cabane du pêcheur à 15 minutes en voiture où chaque matin, vous pouvez avoir des arrivages de poissons à très bon prix. Un merci spécial à Josy qui a facilité notre séjour, nous a aidé avec des réservations et de merveilleuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons assurément… Mille merci!

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. My family and I have stayed at dozens of rental homes all over the world. This was the absolute best experience we have ever had. First things first, the house is CLEAN. So very clean and modern. The beds are comfortable with lovely linens and good quality pillows. The bathrooms are spa-like with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is a dream! Fully stocked with great quality appliances and tools. The pool was crystal clear the entire week. The backyard is an absolute oasis. There are houses all around, but the backyard is so private. The owners did a wonderful job with trees and flowering bushes. You're just a short stroll from the gorgeous beach. The beach clubs, water sports and restaurants are excellent! My teen daughters loved the pool area, upstairs deck (with charming swing!) and beautiful beach to take all of their hundreds of photos! The best part of renting this house is the wonderful Laurette! She made us all feel like VIP guests! 10 Stars!

Magnifique, emplacement, très tranquille et paisible. Pour pouvoir regarder l’horizon ensoleillé tous les matins avec une brise, WOW! Bien entretenu, on s’y sentait comme à la maison avec tout l’équipement nécessaire dans une maison fonctionnelle. Le quartier est très propre et sécuritaire. À moins de 400 m, on retrouve de bons restaurants ainsi qu’une petite épicerie. Toutefois, il est fortement conseillé de louer une voiture pour les déplacements. Malgré la proximité des autres habitations, il demeure aisé de garder son intimité. Harold et Amélie , les gardiens, sont vraiment sympathiques et disponibles. Je recommande cet emplacement; Il est certain que nous y reviendrons . Nos vacances ont été formidables!

Our stay for 8 people was wonderful. The area is more beautiful than imagined, and the pictures surely do not do it justice. The house is very private, and you need to traverse a couple large hills in order to get there. We had to swap out our first rental car because the tread felt very unsafe and struggled on some of the hills, but otherwise we really appreciated the privacy and sweeping views of the water from the villa.

Alex’s place was great, it had a small private beach albeit a bit rocky. For adults that is good. For kids, there is a pool for them to play in. I would assume when the waves are a bit more calm it would be good for the kids to go in. Her house is also stocked with lots of kids toys so we were able to keep all the kids entertained while the adults lounge around. The one complaint I have is designated parking spots, the area has an abundance of street parking, but a few dedicated spots for the house would be nice. However this is not an issue with the house itself.

The house was just as described—perfect for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. The basement room with shared bath and divider worked fine. The kitchen was well-equipped. Bathrooms were clean, had hot water, and included a hairdryer. The home was very clean, and the cleaning service came during our stay. The host was responsive and helpful when we had a small issue with the safe. Great location—short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a small market. The beach was perfect for relaxing, swimming, and floating. My 13-year-old niece loved snorkeling daily! We brought our own snorkel gear and water shoes, which helped with the rocky entry and sea urchins. The pool and patio were amazing—we used the pool daily. Plenty of towels and floaties were available. We brought a few of our own as well. Having a designated parking spot was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay. We’d definitely return!

Clark’s place was beautiful. It was spotless, modern, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with all the extras. There were four of us and we had lots of space. The beds were extremely comfortable and each room had its own bathroom. The grounds were stunning, with a pool and direct access to the ocean. Our favorite place was Clark’s deck that had the most incredible views of the gardens and ocean. We could have stayed there all day and night watching the boats, and the ever changing skyline, and sunsets. The location was very central and in a great area. It was within a few blocks (about 5-15 minute walk) to beaches, fun cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was an easy drive to main attractions on the island (e.g., Maho Beach, Orient Bay). Clark was an excellent host - very responsive and answered any questions that we had. We all loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

We had the honor of renting John’s place to celebrate a girls 40th birthday trip. The location was a perfect mix of walkable to restaurants/bars/beach and felt secluded on the beautiful back porch and pool with an amazing view. We stayed in and watched movies two nights even, because it felt like home! Loved how it had character and felt familiar, and John was extremely great at corresponding and giving us awesome recommendations. I hope to go back!!! After exploring other neighborhoods driving around, we realized this was a right choice. Having live entertainment so close at the red piano was a big plus too!! Thanks, John!!!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.
