Charming log cabin on the shore of Kemijoki

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Ski trails start just a few hundred meters away. Ylläs and Rovaniemi about 100 km away. Approximately 6 km to the nearest store. Tunnelmallinen studio-lomamaja puiden keskellä kauniin järven äärellä. Mökissä tupa (25m2), sauna ja kylpyhuone. Tuvassa keittiönurkkaus, takka, TV, ruokapöytä, kaksi sänkyä, pieni sohva ja nojatuoli. Ulkoverannalla pöytä ja tuolit. Alueella voi uida, kalastaa, marjastaa, metsästää, patikoida, hiihtää, lumikenkäillä ja moottorikelkkailla. Lisää liikuntapaikkoja ja muita käyntikohteita 15-30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Joustan mielelläni sisään- ja uloskirjoittautumisessa aina kun mahdollista.

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax in the midst of pure nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can do skiing, snowshoeing, and fishing. In addition, we organize snowmobile tours as desired. The cottage is about 75km to the city of Rovaniemi. Ice fishing tour 40€ person, 1-2h. Idyllinen pieni saunallinen hirsimökki lammen rannalla. Ekologinen mökki sijaitsee lähellä hiljaista tietä, mutta silti omassa rauhassaan. Voit nähdä sään salliessa revontulet omalta pihalta, sekä tavata pohjoisen eläimiä kuten oravan, poron tai jäniksen. Sijaitsee noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemen lentokentältä luonnonkauniissa pienessä kylässä. Huskysafareita talvella vain parin minuutin päässä. Kohde sopii sinulle joka arvostat luonnon rauhaa. Sopii mökkeilyyn ympäri vuoden.

hand built round log traditional lapland cabin by the lake with magical forests, animals, and activities. half way between rovaniemi and levi. beautifully simple and with everything you need, one of us must meet you on the other side of the lake when you arrive and take you to cabin on snow mobile or by boat (depending on time of year). we have a hand built separate sauna and a wood fired hot tub on site, (hot tub charges apply) plus lake side fire pit and of course log fire in cabin.

Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Our luxury is peace and quiet under the starry sky and northern lights. You can get there by car, but you don't have to see anyone during your entire stay if you don't want to, but you're still only about 45 minutes from the city center. We are sure that you will fall in love with our peaceful cabin in the middle of snow and northern lights. The cottage is always warm when you arrive, and we will take care of you throughout your stay as if you were our friends.
