Το κατάλυμα υπόκειται σε κρατικό φόρο ( τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) ο οποίος είναι από Απρίλιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο 15 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση .λογο ότι είναι πάνω από 80τμ και τούς χειμερινούς μήνες είναι 4 ευρώ. η καταβολή του μπορεί να γίνει είτε κατά την άφιξη του επισκέπτη με μετρητά η στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του καταστήματος.

The apartments is about 70 m2, fully equipped and of high standard. It has a large living space with kitchen (including the bedroom 2 area) and a balcony to SE, 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom.
