Connect JK is a condominium for those seeking tranquility and a great location. Half a block from Carrefour (where there is a 24-hour ATM, lottery, shops…), half a block from the Vivi bakery (there are only delights there), close to the Panvel pharmacy, gas station, restaurants, laboratory… In a few minutes by car we find the Pelotas shopping mall, Laranjal beach, Ufpel do Porto and UCPel colleges. In a few minutes on foot, we were able to access the center and several tourist attractions.
