Private Country Retreat With Hot Tub

Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

Deerfold Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on a working Organic Farm, far away from the road you'll be up in the trees where the only sound is Birdsong. Walcote Lodge is a spacious, quiet (fully double glazed), cosy and well-equipped detached house. A new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms were completed in 2025. Centrally located with the 14th Century "New" Inn across the road and the Red Lion next to it, you'll be well served with local hostelries.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
