Raton's House 15

Raton's House is a welcoming and tranquil space at the southern end of Aldeia de João Pires, on the route of the Historic Villages of Portugal. With a 5,000 m2 olive grove around it, walled, it is the synthesis of village and countryside. Children can play there without the risk of running onto the road. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and an ivy-covered shed. It has 3 air-conditioners and sleeps up to 4 people. The Village has a restaurant and a children's playground.

Penamacor Cozy Nook House with Fireplace

Cozy Nook is a Beautiful hundred years old house which was recently fully renovated. It has some fine points from Marroco, India & Western Europe... You can watch Netflix in a cozy sofa, have a romantic night with switched Fireplace or work using our high speed Internet. The central location of the house, gives you possibility to get to the cafes, shops, restaurants and administrative buildings with a 1 min walk. The house is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 ad.+2 kids who could sleep in sofa bed.

Located in Aldeia de João Pires, 10 km to Penamacor and 30 km to Monsanto, the Doll’s House offers an authentic experience of the culture and history of Portugal. Secluded bell tent – simple stay in nature

An off-grid space surrounded by nature, simple and minimalist, designed for those seeking independence and tranquility. In a rural setting, dust, insects, or minor signs of the outdoors are part of the experience. From May to September, an outdoor kitchen and shared relaxation areas are available (jacuzzi pool from June). It is a space suitable for those who appreciate simplicity and contact with nature, less suitable for those seeking hotel standards.

A set of schist houses, recovered and adapted to rigor and with total comfort and quality, to provide you with a few memorable days. Outside, it has a saltwater pool for exclusive use, several resting places and an unexpected tennis court. It also has free bicycles (or you can rent e-bikes), a trampoline and a canoe.

This special and cozy corner was initially built in 1930, by the grandmother Rosa and his grandfather Francisco. Currently redesigned and updated, we have tried to maintain the values and structural stones that have endured so much this house and the generations that have lived here over the years. Having this generational treasure does not make sense to us without the possibility of sharing. Welcome to our grandmother Rosa's corner!

For lovers of nature and simplicity: Escape to Portuguese nature, in the middle of our 7-hectare farm and 5 minutes from the village. An "unusual" earth house on a 100% self-built project. An experience on an off-grid farm where "recycling" is at the heart of the project. We have animals that have often been abused. You will approach them with love and calm.
