Condo holiday rentals in Pend Oreille River

Our stay at the Wildflower Condo was great! We were there to ski for a couple of days, the proximity and convenience to get to the slopes from the condo was perfect. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and the daybed was great to relax on and read a book. We look forward to staying again when we ski at Schweitzer. We highly recommend the Wildflower condo.

This is the perfect place in Sandpoint if you prefer some peace and quiet to being right downtown (which is nonetheless an easy 30ish-minute walk on a dedicated path). The house itself is lovely, well-furnished, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/living area and packed with thoughtful little extras everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, and there's a cute, small porch out back with a fire table and view of the creek. Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sydney’s lakefront condo! It is a great location to walk into downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. Convenient to the Long Bridge walk as well. Well appointed for cooking in as well and the BBQ area was very much appreciated.

Great place for our stay to visit family. Clean and comfortable for 4 people. We cooked breakfast each day for most of our stay. We appreciated the laundry after being on the road for over a week to reach Idaho! Drove to Clark Fork to visit the Pantry. Also drove to Sandpoint for shopping, breweries, and the beach.

The house is kept very clean. The fit and finish are to a very high standard. Everything from the furnishings to the hand soap seemed to be really thought out. Sitting in the living room watching the sun rise over the mountains in the distance was a highlight of the stay.

Very very comfortable Bradley was a very good host and very responsive. We definitely would come back again. It was in a very safe location very private and the accommodations were absolutely perfect.

Was great for our ski trip. We like to cook and the apartment had everything and more than we needed for our breakfasts and lunches! Even had all the channels for night relaxation. I would absolutely book again.

We really like the apartment. What I have realized is renting Airbnbs is all about the response of the host. There were a couple of little hiccups and Kevan was on top of it. Very fast response. I would definitely rent this condo again. It is very nice, very well organized, with every linen and kitchen gadget you can think of. There is a nice little patio balcony and the parking really is very convenient. It rained every day and the underground was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and the waterfront public dock. We left our AirPods behind and Kevan offered to mail them to us, which I appreciated so much.

We came to town for a cattle show at the fairgrounds. Perfect location to everything. Gorgeous condo and very clean! Robey was the very responsive and answered all my questions. We were even able to get into the condo early which was a huge help for us all to get some much needed R&R. All the amenities you could ever need. Kitchen stocked very well. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable place to stay! We won’t hesitate to book this place again!

An absolutely beautiful find! So quaint and quiet. Friendly little community. The most gorgeous views. So much to do! Yummy restaurants. Larry was so helpful and communicative. The space was perfect for myself, my husband, and our dogs. We all had the best weekend! I know we’ll be back to stay in Larry’s wonderful home again in the future.

Place was as listed. Clean, updated interior, comfortable. host was accommodating. Parking was a little annoying. Road out front quite busy during the day. No issue sleeping traffic calmed down at night.

Communicated well, clear directions, building number was missing so took a minute to figure it out, but no problem. We had a car crash and family sickness that occurred with our first date, host was flexible and understanding and let us reschedule to a later date and avoid high fees, super helpful. Would go back.

We stayed for 2 months and loved our time there. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, spacious, and very well equipped. The main bed is extremely comfy and bathroom feels luxurious, with a range of local, high-quality products. The balcony has an amazing view of the Rockies which never gets old. Kristie is an excellent host and was very responsive. The only minor issues we had were that we didn't find the fold out bed to be too comfy and you can often hear the people above moving around. We are spending another month+ there later this summer and can't wait!
