Está no 1° piso da moradia, tem um quarto com 1 cama de casal (200/160) e 2 casas de banho com chuveiro. Um quarto pequeno para trabalho.

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
