The House is for those who want a more isolated environment of the urban center. At a distance of only 150 meters from the beach and located within a gated condominium (Rio Lagoa Mar,better known as Dona Branca condominium in the region) the house thus allows this security. Two parasols, beach chairs and a 3x3 meter tent are available for your comfort! The on-site mobile phone signal is very weak, so we installed internet signal so that it can be connected to the world.

The house initially belonged to a mill owner, later passing to the family and has a view of the São Francisco River. The townhouse is still 180 meters from the waterfront, where the best bars and restaurants in the city are located, with incredible views of the river and the sunrise and sunset.
