Completed in April 2024, the Annexe is completely self contained and is located at the end of the patio at the rear of our home. Ideally located between Truro (4 miles) and Falmouth (9 miles) with both the north and south Cornish coasts in easy striking distance. Minutes away from Trelissick Gardens with their beautiful woodland walks. 1 mile down the road is the King Harry Ferry taking you across the Fal to access the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. The Punchbowl & Ladle is a 5 minute walk away.

The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.
