Holiday rentals with a sauna in Penha

Our stay was perfect.Reinaldo and Néia are excellent hosts.The apartment enchants in every space for care and everything has a beautiful history of knowing yourself. It is a very special place. The balcony only being in it to describe so much beauty and the good feeling of the view. Certainly in a next opportunity we will be back.

The apartment is very well decorated and functional. We felt at home, in a comfortable and quiet environment. It is close to Beto Carreiro and has hiking lanes and bike paths on the two streets surrounding it.

"Quotas" standard hotel, very complete, plenty of staff, sauna, jacuzzis, games, heated pool, the children's with "toy" (ambient water), free parking, restaurant and bar. Quotaholders and visitors receive the same treatment, with no differences. Excellent breakfast, has lunch (I didn't use it), very diverse dinner (I didn't like it, no flavor). The bar offers portions and drinks in the pool (very cool). Monitors for children throughout the day, and interact with adults, too, as well as night of pajamas, cinema, including during and after dinner. The daily and very solicitous, effective rooms cleaning and left no details, we stayed for 6 days. Cafe/lunch/dinner, are paid separately. They offer outsourced transfer to the park, round trip, for a symbolic “fee” (cheap, but I didn't use it). King Bed, two more single (large). Blackout Cortinas, 220v outlets, hair dryer on the wc, excellent towels, sheets and duvets (good). They provide pool towels at no cost.

We had great moments and were always super well taken care of. The apartment was great, very good location and the condominium was quiet and not messy. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay was wonderful!!! The apartment is well described in the listing, but in person it is much more beautiful! Facing a beautiful, clean and quiet beach, sensational landscape. Super well-equipped kitchen, extremely clean. Very clean bathrooms, too. Wonderful condominium, with a market inside that made it easier on the days when we didn't want to go to the market (which is two blocks away). Marcelo and Sheyla are super attentive, always in touch and available. Gislele's reception was a differential, super sweet, receptive and attentive. All this made it seem like we were not in an Air Bnb, but in a property of some dear friend who prepared the apartment with all the affection to receive us. We had an amazing time at 1004 B!

We love the penthouse! Excellent location, market nearby and with an excellent bakery. Very close to the beach, we have been walking every time… The place is much better than the photos, everything impeccable. We will return more often, thank you Mônica.

Raquel is a very requested host. The apartment is beautiful , very well equipped and has a beautiful view to the beach and very well located tbm. The condominium premises are amazing, all beautiful ,clean and organized. Sure when I get back to Penha , I'll stay here again.

The stay at Rogério's Cabana was fantastic. The space is spacious and very well located by the sea. We'll be back for sure.

When I made the reservation, the host helped me promptly. Check-in was extremely flexible, allowing us to arrive early at the location. The hosts were extremely responsive, gave us several tips on places to visit. The house was extremely clean and organized. I felt right at home.

The stay was very good. The space is true to the listing, the location is perfect, the beach is very close, suitable for bathing. An accommodation I would certainly return to.
