Waterfront holiday rentals in Peniche

Sofia is a very kind and helpful host. Communication was very easy and fast. The house has a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea and we spent most of our time there. The house is big enough for 2 people and has everything you need location is very nice 2 minutes walk to the beach.. We would love to stay again. Thank you Sofia

We had a fantastic time at Brit’s place. It was clean, bright and very spacious. The kitchen is well supplied, and the beds were very comfortable. I’d recommend a car, as it is a long walk to downtown, but we really enjoyed how close the cliffs were as well as the little beach a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely return!

Perfect place for families, fun with pool for the kids when they get tired of the beach. Good surf 2 min walk from the accommodation. Great host, clean and matched the description very well. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend to you who are thinking of booking.

The place was super cozy, especially the large living/dining room we liked. The location is ideal, especially with rental car. You can get everywhere quickly and always get a parking space in front of the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Pedro's place! Prior to arriving, Pedro was great with communication. This was something that continued during our stay :) The space is very cozy and definitely feels like home—there was coffee, tea, and essentials like olive oil and spices in the kitchen, and a really great desk set up for those who need to do some work. I loved the ability to have a stand-up desk with a monitor and external keyboard while traveling. The internet held up well through many Zoom calls. We had a car and found it easy to find parking during our week-long stay. The neighborhood is extremely walkable; as other reviews mention there is a great pastry shop nearby and a very nice butcher (Manuel) who sells really yummy meatballs. I would recommend the stay and would stay here again.

Octavio had great communication. Somehow I booked the wrong dates leaving me one night without a room. He had already booked the apt for that night but found me somewhere else in the neighborhood instantly. That took a lot of stress off me

We had a great experience at the home. It was modern, had everything we needed and a well-equipped kitchen. The house has several balconies and a fantastic terrace that is sheltered, which is nice as it is very windy on the beach sometimes. We quickly got help from Nuno when we needed it and also tips on restaurants. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area and the only thing we have to complain about (which is probably the same wherever you live) is that there are a lot of dogs in the area and they bark a lot. If you are afraid of dogs or have children, it may be good to know, but as I said, it is probably the same in most places. Everything was great and we couldn't have wished for a better accommodation for our trip to Peniche. Thank you!

Nice and very clean house, kitchen very well stocked., cosy little garden in front. Actually these are two small buildings - kitchen and living/ sleeping rooms +bathroom - the front doors are opposite each other but have separate keys. The nearest beaches (beautiful Baleal) are 5km away - you need a car or a bike to get there. Shops are about 3km away, among others on the way to the beach. All in all we had great holiday. The house is very friendly and clean! It's accurate to description and photos. The host is very kind, responsive to messages, flexible for schedules and welcoming. The place is quiet with quick access to the coast.

It's so good I almost want to write a bad review to keep the place all to myself. The space is amazing in every sense, spacious, well-equipped, with breathtaking views and lots of options for both privacy and group activities. Claudia is an outstanding host, highly helpful and responsive. The views — don't get me started on the views, Peniche (and this particular spot) are forever in my heart and the hearts of my friends who joined me. I wish I could buy a place right next to this one. 100/10, see you guys next year!

We love Baleal and this is a lovely place on the small Baleal peninsular. Great location with wonderful sunsets. Charming and very well equipped house. Easy walking distance to both Baleal beaches. Good storage for surfboards. Inês was a superb host responding very quickly to everything. Can warmly recommend.

Nuno is a great host. If you need anything Nuno is quick to respond. The apartment is right across the street to the beach. Great location, across the street from restaurants, cafes, grocery store, & shops. If you’re surfing, it’s a perfect location. Apartment is clean & is described just like the listing. Kristof and Frederik are two very friendly and uncomplicated hosts and have furnished their apartment with a lot of taste, foresight and expertise. The high-quality mattresses, the external roller shutters and the technically flawless equipment are particularly noteworthy. Additional kitchen knives were delivered immediately. Even unusual amenities were thought of: dehumidifiers in the wardrobes, which can be very helpful in the humid sea climate, and a small selection of wines. Thank you so much for everything!

We loved our stay at Nico and Evelien’s flat. They were incredibly helpful and friendly hosts. The flat was spotless and spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us without a car. Walkable to restaurants and beaches. Would definitely return!

Great and comfortable place near nice ocean and surfing spots

Beautiful accommodation and Ricardo is a very courteous, friendly and dependable host. Only a couple of minutes walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. It’s definitely worth the money. We felt right at home!
