Very cozy, confortable, new and clean. For 2 persons, small living room and kitchen. If you want to enjoy nature, rest, If you want to stay for long term, If you do not want to cook or If you want to, Casa Victoria offer you the perfect place and ambient. Great internet connection. Lovely sunset view from roof. The beautiful terrace give you space for yoga, read or have some sun. Really good restaurants are around and markets are close. There is parking inside the property. La Casita Caracol is a super cozy loft space with a king-size bed and a sofa bed on the 2nd floor. Downstairs there is a full kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room. The loft has WiFi and air conditioning. It also has a laundry space and a closed garage for guests. It is located in a very quiet area, 600 m from a beach perfect for walking and watching the sunset. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A few blocks from the pier for quiet walks where there are cafes, bars in a family atmosphere. The space is for a couple, it has an additional sofa bed for an extra person, it has its equipped kitchenette, work area, double bed and a spacious bathroom with modern details, ideal for spending a few days, it does not have its own parking, it is on the street. I loved staying with Daniela. She was always looking forward to my arrival and kept in touch. He gave me recommendations for transportation to downtown La Paz, transportation to the beaches, and nearby restaurants. The room is comfortable for resting and working on the computer, the bathroom is impeccable and the kitchen is very comfortable for preparing food. Staying with Daniela allowed me to see the experience of living in a non-touristy area of La Paz, which was what I was looking for. Take into account that you have to take public transport or Uber to get to the esplanade.

Great stay in La Paz. This area is about a ten minute drive from downtown but it’s incredibly peaceful. You can go right out to the beach and there’s an eco reserve right next door. This is a more local area and doesn’t have shops around it. Also to note if you have small kids or babies- the second floor noise which is also a rental comes through reallly loudly. Not at all an issue if you’re on your own but can be an issue with kids which we had. We let the host know and the noise immediately stopped. They were wonderful hosts and it was a great stay!

This home is gorgeous!! Our family had a great time. We enjoyed family time around the pool we made a bond fire one night and enjoyed the serenity of the home. The pictures don’t justify its beauty! We will definitely come back!! Thank you! Great and responsive host.

Excellent accommodation, with a wonderful view. It is located in a very quiet residential area and super close to Playa Coromuel and El caimancito beach club. The Malecón is 15 minutes away. The place is like the photos and even better. The bed was very comfortable. Everything is very clean. Good space. The kitchen has everything. They leave you plenty of towels and the air conditioning works great. They were always attentive to anything I needed. It's definitely worth staying here. You won😍't regret the balcony view.
