Great place, clean and affordable

Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Alhamdulillah, stay di sini tuh bener-bener kayak lagi numpang di rumah saudara sendiri. Bersih, rapi, adem. Host-nya baik banget dan nggak ribet. Pokoknya recommended lah buat yang pengen istirahat tenang dan nyaman.

Great value. Worthwhile if positioning yourself to explore that area of Jakarta, usually too much traffic if having to go towards Central. Building has laundry and convenience stores at ground level. Sounds of normal residential area should be expected, other residents, prayer call and nearby road.

Great stay, spacious unit, surrounding areas perfect, especially access to botanical garden. But wifi connection was slow and cleanliness can be improved. Overall we love to stay here =)

From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. I had an excellent stay here! The apartment had great facilities (pool, gym, sauna, whirlpool) and the mall just below had everything one might need. Mas Iqbal was also very flexible and responsive, would absolutely stay here again.

Senang sekali bisa menemukan dan menginap di sini. Saya rasa ini tempat terbaik selama saya menggunakan Airbnb. Lokasinya benar-benar strategis. Fasilitasnya lengkap. Bersih. I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Great apartment, great location

Meskipun hanya semalam, kami sangat puas dengan tempat yang kami tempati ini. Gambar dalam foto sangat serupa dengan kenyataannya. Seluruh ruangan sangat bersih dan peralatan di dapur sangat lengkap. Kolam renamg juga sangat bersih. Definitely, recommended.

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
